The call is on. Those who hear, know it’s time to unite and untie all ropes restricting individuals and humanity from it’s true nature.
Unity simply means to align. In the conscious community, alignment usually manifests as recurring numbers and I’m sure many people see these numbers everywhere. But do you know what they mean and why you’re seeing them? Most times, they pop up when you’re lost on your path, they are like maps, showing you where you are in your life and how to navigate from there to where you intend to go. There are so many other ways these could manifest. Like hearing same phrase or word over again during a day or a week from different people, movies etc.
Do you know that there are people who also see the signs from the birds, lizards, plant and even ants, sheep and wild animals?
Do you know when your thought, feeling and actions are aligned? If you do not know, then pay attention to your habits.
Unity is the coming together of all parts of the system. The good, bad, ugly and beautiful working as ONE. One-ness
The noise in the world is mind blowing. I can only imagine the collective mental noise, that would even be crazier . Let’s not even go that deep bringing up the emotional expressions collectively caged. It is a crazy system when you really take a look at how we’re living. We are machines. We are powerful yet feel powerless.
Our strength comes from within. But a system can only be an aligned or outstanding system when every part of the system knows its role. For instance, your vessel, your body suit, your physical body is a working system. There are different parts, pieces and organisms collaborating together to make you what you are right now. You have a whole team at your disposal. Ready when you’re consciously involved.
Now imagine every individual around you has their vessels equipped and ready. This is what alignment looks like. That is UNITY.
Unity is the power of allowing. Togetherness. Alignment.
The world is crumbling with an audience . Some think it’s just one of those things, others feel they are prepared. Forgetting nothing changes until something or someone does. We have got to do better and we can. Start by taking care of yourself, put your muscles to work. Unite from within . Forgive yourself, apologize to yourself and accept yourself. Only then will you will be able to see clearly how aligned or lost you are. Then the people places and events that vibrate in that energy will be a magnet to you.
The world needs everyone one of us individually and collectively playing our part from the most minature way/scale to the macro scale. Do what you can where you are, with what you have, however you can. All you need is identify what you can do and start, the domino effect will kick in.
Unity means to share everything with everyone. No separation, division or segregation. Unity means to love all as is.
Love is all you are after-all. Share love, be kind.
Moment after moment is all time is . Time isn’t the clock or the weather change as you’ve been told . It’s a design made to confuse and separate you from your true essence. If you could count your breaths intentionally for a while, less say an hour, you would innerstand that there is nothing like time.
NOW is time, yesterday is memory , tomorrow is imagination , fiction. It doesn’t exist . Breath is all there is .
We have to be brave enough to accept that nature is slow, this is because everything is a process. Every moment is a process. Everyday is a redo of the same process . Question is how do you want to approach it again?
We live as though we know that we have “time” on our hands, when we really don’t have anything but will power and opportunities in every moment .
Every moment counts . Everyday is possibly the day when you might die and move to the next plane for the next process . Live like it’s all you know how to do.
The fear of death has limited the capabilities of so many people. In my lifetime or in any. The world has been so brainwashed that humans are scared of death, which is totally a part of the wheel and circle of life. It’s always death and rebirth endlessly. That’s the game of life. So get with the program so you don’t leave the planet unfulfilled.
Accepting death comes with the release of fear. Because death is real and fear is not. Think about that for a second. Fear is air. You never see what you might be scared of. You think or imagine it 90% of the time. The mind is so powerful that if you don’t get a hold of it, it’ll take you places you don’t want to be. The mind is a traveler, so it wanders everywhere and anywhere. It was put in you so you can be the pilot of your mind and direct it where you want it to go. Not the other way around.
So many people have died only because they were scared to die. You can imagine how big of an illusion death is. Think about it this way . In your body there are trillions of cells aka selves ( trillion versions of you ) co existing . The good the bad and the ugly cells all emanate from inside you. Over time as the wheel of time turns you grow and some of them die due to the fact that they’re not activated etc .There are still trillions of you because as the bad eggs or cells or “selves” die, a part of you dies, a thought , habit or pattern. These dead cells you excrete, either via poop or sweat, urine etc. Since they are now external and are no longer living in their original habitat, they take shape or form of their new home, some become manure or fertilizers and grow plants etc.
They always re- emerge because it was a living cell. So all it does is live and die and live and die. Which is completely a part of the circle of life.
You are not just one person. You are a trillion people in one person. You are not one in a million you are a million and one in a cell(selve).
Your body is a living organism . A cell or habitat for you,your ancestors and your unborn children. So you have automatic access to your future and past because they’re all living inside you. ( This is why you hear people say, all you need is within you. You only have to access it.)
The fear of death was a program designed to separate you from the entirety of yourself . The idea is, if they can get you to believe that you are here to eat, poop, sleep, talk repeat. Then you may not exactly have a purpose or reason to be here. (Which makes you dissatisfied hence you hate life).
Death is actually the same as life only from a different perspective.
To live is to die again and again.
Accept the entirety of your existence because you are capable of things you see in sci-fi movies. Those selves are inside you waiting on your thought pattern to change etc to get activated. You are the shepherd of your mind . Guide it.

To know what a loss is simply requires you to recognize it. When you do, you’ll see that what you taught you lost, happened to teach you or help you.
I have realized overtime that there really are no losses. Everything that I lost or thought was taken from me has returned in so many other ways. The choices and decisions I’ve made as I journey through this plane either affect me or effect me. But it always comes back around. My life is simply a motion picture, more like a camera with limitless lenses and angles. When I give, I receive, when I receive, I give. Even when I lose, I’m winning. Life is just like a ball that goes where it is directed. Own your life so that you can direct it where you want it to go.
To ride the wave, you have to recognize the wave. Pain is only one side of the coin, the other side is “unlimitedness”.
By definition losses mean something being taken from you. In reality it’s only being distributed around. Whatever you lose is taken from you and given to someone or something else. (aka being distributed). Someone or something else will return that something to you because the circle of life requires the game never stops . Events keep recurring, things keep happening.
A mental picture of this would be looking at it like the show must go on sort of mentality. But the juice is actually recognizing what was taken and what’s received . It happens at the same fucking time. It only might take you a while to realize or awaken 🧿
There is a constant exchange or transaction happening every moment . What you give you get. I explained this deeply in my book Sex Consciousness.
Your ability to recognize that your losses are actually redirections showing you another route or lessons or awakenings , (however you decide to interpret it ) is a super power. You have to put conscious effort to looking at things from the inside out. Start now to intentionally create your reality, that’s how you win back everything you have lost.
You might have heard this from various mentors or people that inspire you. Life is what you make of it . That’s true. You have to be skilled enough to see things as they are. You never really lose you either learn or repeat the class . Incase you didn’t know, you are not alive everyday to simply repeat your past. Today is a new day to have a second look at the pain or lessons you might have been experienced and acknowledge them for what they are. That’s where the magic begins.
Okay, now take a deep breath in and out. Today could only get better as it ends. There are days where I think, there is someone out there somewhere waking up daily waiting to die. Nothing to do with their lives . Not because they want to die, but some don’t even know it’s possible to think that we didn’t all come here waiting to die.
If you think critically, you’re very blessed especially in times like this, with the things happening in the world, globally and personally. As above so below. Everything that’s manifesting globally has already happened in the celestial bodies. We are awakening to the reality of the prison we live in. Surrounded by fear.
If you are in a situation where you think there’s nothing to do about your life, close your eyes and look within. Cry if you need to. You are your best source of information and healing.
Take a deep breath. Everything has its time and season . We are entering a new season and even the leaves from the trees are dying and falling. This is happening to make space for a new season. The pause is the period in between the old and new. This is where transformation occurs. So, take a deep breath in and out. Release the old and welcome the new with each deep breath. Let it unfold the way it’s supposed to be.

Your season would not pass you by if you let go and allow.
You are the one you want. Thinking you need someone else outside you to validate your awesomeness is an insult to your creator, or your ”Eleda” as we say in my local language. You are the beginning of you and the end of you. No matter how it seem around you, no matter the situation you’re in. You are the only one that can come to your rescue. Neglect anything that contradicts that.
You are amazing by default. Ignore the doubt or anxiety. Let the events occur, allow the experience teach you. Rise from it and be a better you.
In our everyday life, discipline compassion and consistency are a few skills to master to help us be the highest and purest version of who are. You have to be able at all times. Ability is the art of being able‘ .Practice your abilities. Do whatever you know you have to do everyday. Your mind must not only be set, but you have to to be able and capable enough to go through it for you. Practice self discipline be compassionate and consistent. Motivation can only take you so far. Discipline is key.
You did not come here to tolerate or be tolerated. It’s a huge lie society placed on people, making so many people raising their guards unnecessarily. We all are one and the same, our differences and uniqueness helps to express the beauty of life and nature. Our wealth and happiness as a people can be found in our culture, practices and lifestyle.
In order to feel truly amazing, you must acknowledge the abundance of who you are in its entirety. You must heal all the broken pieces of you scattered around the cosmos energetically because of life’s experiences. You are a walking bag of memory. Focus and REMEMBER WHO TF YOU ARE!
Ignore every thought, person, environment or circumstance that contradicts that.

You rise up everyday like the sun and die every night like the sun. You start everyday the same way, waking up. To continue from where you stopped yesterday. If you had unfinished tasks, a daily schedule, or you decide to do every new day, anyhow it comes, you’re still very much obligated to own the day. You are in charge, no matter what you do. If you get productive, that’s your choice, if not, that’s also your choice. This is because you “arose” again from death (sleep) over and over and over.. You die and rise again, isn’t that what a reincarnate is ? That should speak to how motherfucking powerful you are!. You do not wake up and rise up by accident. You chose to. You willed it into happening. That’s how grande you are, if I must say.
A lot of times, between waking up and going to sleep is a billion and one activities to accomplish, and this gets overwhelming. We feel exhausted before we begin the day. It becomes a battle to go through the day. And this goes on and on for a while. We have to snap out of it and take it one step a time. Not all battles are physical, some are mental and others emotional (spiritual). It is your responsibility to recognize what kind of battle you’re facing daily in order to defeat it. We often forget we have three parts to us. And these parts of us, do not have days off. As far as you’re alive, the three parts of you operates concurrently. Your physical body, mental body and emotional body. I wrote more about this in What is the Spirit, soul and body? .
Everyday is an opportunity to start afresh. You are not obligated to carry the issues of yesterday into today. That’s a choice you made. You can decide to start something entirely different from all you did a day before. That is the essence of THE SUN rising up everyday. Bringing vision, clarity, light for you to see all the opportunities you could create in a fresh perspective. All you have to do is, see it for what it is. Newness.
There are so many benefits you get spiritually, mentally and physically from the sunlight every new day. The sun heals, brings new ideas which enlightens you in all ways. No the sun doesn’t speak vocally but it does energetically. Close your eyes and listen. Ever notice some crystalline shiny things on your body while sun gazing or sun bathing ?. That is information. Powerful information sent down from the ultraviolet rays of the sun. Multidimensional information passing through this massive gateway called the sun. The sun brings about excitement, agility, expression, freedom. It is your decision however you chose to benefit from it. But remember, it rises again from the dead every single day FOR YOU.
Practice exercising under the sun, meditating at sunrise or sunset, practice yoga, acupressure, qigong, dancing etc. These are a few ways to tap into this energetic source to unblock your chakras, energize and refresh your energy daily but these only work with pure intentions. You cannot benefit without having pure and good intentions. This is why there’s an old saying that goes. “ Nothing is hidden under the sun”. If you’re an artist , a spiritual teacher, medium, card reader, astrologer etc. These are practices you might want to add to your daily routine to maximize your potential.
Wake up, the sun is up and Shine bright like those little crystals you see on your skin when you sun bath or shine as the crystals or stars up in the sky at night. Do not waste your daily shine on people, places, things or thought processes that do not elevate you.

You must have experienced your head and heart being on opposite sides before. Times where it was hard to decide or how to move forward. This is like being at crossroads internally. You might have the feeling of taking a huge leap forward but the voice in your head is clearly different from the feeling in your gut. This is where the magic occurs, if you pay close attention.
You might be wondering how is that ? Well, the magic occurs when you see that for starters you were never in alignment, if you were in charge, your heart and head would not be in opposite sides. Usually the answer lies in the middle. In the whispers.

Imagine your head voice is your loud best friend and your heart is your gentle loving mom. Pay close attention to argument. And pick the difference, the whispers, the intersection between both. You will realize that the truth lies in the middle. Then you make your decision. This is why the belief that nothing is right or wrong exists . They are just different streams of same river.
Alignment is the foundation for manifestation 11:11
When your + and – agree, then you are in alignment and everything becomes seamless, effortless. The battle is mostly won before the real war begins. It’s a thing of aligning with the source code of the end result.
Alignment is only needed when something is out of balance. For example, the wheels of a car usually is checked for alignment and balancing . Why do you think that is ? Even a bicycle needs you sitting on it to be in balance with the weight of the bicycle and other factors to move accordingly. If you want your body soul and spirit to be on the same page, it means to admit that one or more parts of you are out of balance and you need all the parts of your to be “on the same page”.
Acceptance has a major role to play here because if you’re in denial then you’re delaying your own progress. In order to propel, first you must accept where you are, then you align where you are with where you want to be. Balance is automated at this point because everything is ready.
I’ve seen so many people pointing fingers to different things as the reason for them being where they are. But when I help them take a deep dive into theirselves we begin unraveling the misalignment. Usually in the decision making skills, overthinking, negative thought patterns, unresolved trauma and so on. At the rate the world is evolving now, people are waking up to their own shadow selves without even knowing what’s happening to them. It’s time for universal alignment and being of service, it is my responsibility to help you see the mirror, your true reflection in order to be completely aligned.
Everything only comes together when you’re ready. You have to be truly ready! And by that your head, heart and body has to be aligned. You cannot prepare for a new opportunity mentally, emotionally /passionately and be physically down, or vice versa. You have to make sure everything is on 100. This is the key to moving forward in life, on all levels .

What you allow around you defines YOU. If you are trying to define or understand yourself a little bit more, one of the first things to OBSERVE is your environment. Your surroundings are simply the people, places and things that you have around. Where you live, how your environment is arranged or dis-arranged, the objects around you, the vibe of the location, frequency of the music, the people that you communicate with either offline or online affect what you think . And what you think eventually makes your reality.
Your entire body is a hologram. Your face, hands, feet etc are different parts that make the entire system and what all these senses and organs do is to collect and dispose information. These information come from the surroundings. For instance, the African wavy natural hair is an organ that receives and sends out information (uploads or downloads data )from the source code i.e. your truest or highest self. It also saves and stores information, emotions etc. This is why when some people going through a transformational phase tend to shave their hair, lock their hair, dye their hair etc. Breaking this down further, everything that surrounds you is basically information . Whether it comes in form of food, air, friend, family, media, objects etc., it doesn’t matter. We as they say are a product of our environment.
The more aware you become, the more open your energetic gateways (chakras or portals or pathways) becomes and this allows you filter in, the appropriate and required information needed for your whole body ( i.e your 3 bodies : physical, mental and spiritual bodies). You choose to allow whoever and whatever around you at all times and this determines what you become.
I hear people say it is unwise to say that ‘everything we do in our lives is a choice’. But if we genuinely think about it, no strings attached, you will realize that it is indeed true. Our choices define what we are capable of. What we surround ourselves with determines who we are.
Your environment is not only the physical location you see with your external Sense of Sight ( i.e the eyes”). By definition, your environment is the surroundings or conditions in which a person, animal, or plant lives or operates. Another key word here is : “CONDITIONS”. The conditions or temperatures ( Esoterically temperatures here would be frequency and vibrations, high or low, happy or unhappy, positive or negative) This can be broken down in several layers in terms of depth when trying to inner-stand how the science of our environment ( which is simply the body ) affects the internal machine.
Your environment starts with the exernal part of you. Your body!. Then, it spreads out to people, places and things. This also relates to the fact that everything outside of your physical body is simply an extension of you and that it means it is your individual responsibility to be the caretaker of your environment. Both your body and the Environment and/or conditions around you.
Most of us had parents or guardians while we were younger who warned us about our friends. They wanted us to be very careful with whom we associate with, because they knew it had significant influence in our behaviors. Our choices then as kids or teenagers were simply based on how we felt because our brains were still developing, which means we could not logically ingest why but as we grew older we saw things for what they were and not only what they felt like. So making a choice now stems from logic and intuition.
In this day and age of Information, we come across so much data daily. Filtering these information is very necessary. Filter your system. Filter your organs, Filter your friends, Filter your music, Filter your habits and this is how you become a better person. When you filter your environment, You become even more powerful as a being because you see you had the power to make choices and you subconsciously gave it away because you didn’t pay attention to your environment or your body. A time will come when you’re no longer here, so why not make it a masterpiece instead of a tragedy? Everyone experiences hardship in one way or another. Some things you can’t control. Living your best life means focusing on what you can control to maximize pleasure and minimize pain.
You have a choice.
Do not allow your fear and circumstance control you, or make the decision to live your best life. You might be in great place now. But there’s always more.
Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things
Have you noticed how we love and are generally attracted to people that live their best life. No matter how they make it seem, we are drawn to them like magnets, because happiness is our natural state of mind but we have been contaminated by so many factors. In The journey to happiness , every moment is a chance to create the life you deserve by unlearning and detoxing all that you have been taught throughout your life.
In order to live your best life, you ought to first recognize what life and death is to you. So many people are yet to inner-stand that life and death are two sides of a coin. They are twins from the same mother. Life is creating, while death is destruction. They work together at all times. Therefore, its your duty to recognize it in your everyday life.
There are a few steps necessary to start this transformative process of living your best life. Discipline is key here. The process requires conscious efforts and dedication to self-development. Everyday is a reminder that everything that has a beginning has an ending.
Begin to imagine how you want to die. Yes! Read that again.
When you imagine how you want to die, you would realize death happens in just a day and this could be any day. So you’re prepared. When you’re prepared the chemicals in your brain re-arrange their selves, your mind, body and soul re-organizes itself. This is the grey area in the transformation process where you are now the pilot and you are in CHARGE. By now you know the difference between what, who and where is meant for you and otherwise.
All life is an experiment
Scientists begin everything they do by observing, testing and experimenting. To create anything you have to be focus. To live the live you deserve you have to DEFINE WHAT LIFE MEANS TO YOU and start living according to your definition. What life means to me is different from what life is to you. This is why there is no right and wrong way to live. Competition is unnecessary.
Listed below are the necessary steps to take to help you live your best life.
Make peace with your past.
Observe yourself and your daily habits, thoughts, moods, words and actions.
Set your intentions. After having thought about what makes you happy and what drains your energy, focus on what living the best life looks like for you.

Living your best life is not about what looks perfect for social media or what everyone says you “should” do. It’s about what you want and how you’re going to make it happen. It’s also about simplifying your life in a way that works for you. So, go on—live your best life full of purpose and without any regrets.
Living your best life means having a meaning and a purpose aligned with your true nature and your values. You’re working towards something worthwhile.
You invest your time in activities that you find interesting and relevant.
You’ve resolved your self-destructive habits.
You’re progressing on your goals, and you’re living, first and foremost, for your best self.
How do you get to this point? Incremental improvements, one step at a time. You don’t live your best life by doing one thing, once. You do it by developing the right habits and repeating them day after day.

Negative energy is a very general term we use today to describe an unseen force which makes our lives harder to live. In some cultures, they will call it the evil eye, modern psychology may call it depression, medicine may call it fatigue etc. Negative energy may have plenty of sources of origin but the important part is to be determined to clear the problem and take steps to rectify all possible underlying issues. We cannot change others but we can change ourselves.
Sadly, because many people can’t find peace within themselves, sometimes we can be victims of dark energy send intentionally or not by them. The negative energy has the ability to interfere in your life and it can be overwhelming in case you don’t know how to protect yourself from this energy.
There are various types of negative energy and you can’t really deal with negative energy until you learn its sources. These three sources may be influencing your feelings of negativity
You have probably had the experience of feeling positive or negative energy from a person. Humans pick up on anger, sadness, and other negative emotions that others project. We are good at reading those through verbal and nonverbal cues even when they aren’t openly expressed.
You may have experienced feeling very comfortable in some environments and uncomfortable in others. Sometimes this is because of the experience that you associate with the place. You’re unlikely to be as comfortable in the dentist’s office as in a friend’s home. But there is also scientific evidence that the physical details of your surroundings can impact your mood. Clutter, for example, can create stress and even interfere with your sleep. Places that make you uncomfortable can also be described as having negative energy because it affects your mood and aura.
Self-talk is the flow of mostly unspoken thoughts that run through your head. Negative thoughts can harm your health and well-being.
If you are being a victim of dark energy you are probably not feeling very well in general. We’ll help you identify the signs that you are being affected by dark energy and give you some tips to overcome the situation.
1. You feel drained and exhausted
Although you’re giving your best to have happy and energetic days, you’re eating well, getting some sun, working out and repeating positive thoughts, you feel exhausted. You know that the energy your spending is not compatible with such a state of exhaustion and despair!
2. You’re experiencing sleeping problems

You’re not following your own instincts and in look for support from other people you’re letting their opinions interfere too much in your life. Instead of feeling supported, you feel way more lonely than ever and you’re trying to fill everyone else expectations instead of fulfilling your dreams and following your own directions.
You are focusing too much on comparing yourself to others, that’s why you’re stepping away from your own path.
In that process, you’re also not being able to process other people’s critics to yourself and you see everything as a strong personal attack. Try to be more conscious about the way you deal with it.
5. You feel afraid
You have a constant feeling of fear. The future frightens you, the idea of a new day, of a new adventure, of meeting new people, everything comes with the sense of fear!

6. You Complain a Lot
Complaining occurs when we express the negative talk in our heads out loud. Complaining can become such an ingrained habit that you don’t realize when you are doing it. When you complain, you are putting your negative energy out where it can affect others.

You’ll be happier if you associate with positive people, which may mean rethinking your social circle. It may not be possible or desirable to remove all the negative people from your life. However, you can find ways to maintain positive energy in their presence. One is to imagine an aura of positivity surrounding you like a shield. Another is to use humor to create positive energy.
Create a Positive Environment
Decluttering your home and workspace can get rid of negative energy. Hold on to useful things and the items you love, and get rid of the rest. When you are tempted to buy more stuff, remind yourself that things don’t bring happiness.
You can look for help if you think this energy is too strong to start fighting it for yourself, maybe a healer, someone to help you clean the energies of your body and house, a meditation facilitator, etc.
For the future, remember to trust your own instincts, and anytime you feel you’re being under attack, don’t let things go on for too long. Act and solve it as quickly as you notice it!
Nothing can invade you without your permission
We don’t learn it, but the truth is that if energy is in our life is because, consciously or not, you gave permission for it in your life. For example, if you keep victimizing yourself you’re calling negative energies, or if you vibrate in hatred against your or the others.
Change your mindset, don’t let yourself fall in these patterns anymore.
Drink water and meditate to it before you drink it, or activate it while drinking it by thinking and feeling love. The water has the ability to concentrate our energies.

You don’t have to become a cold heart, but you also don’t have to accept all the energies everyone around you is trying to send you. If someone isn’t doing well you can try to support, but if you realize that person is not willing to seek a cure, you can always say “I’m not interested.”
Remember to keep your own integrity, after all, we don’t have to be always on service and duty.

Many different situations or life events can cause stress and usually it is often triggered when we experience something new, unexpected or that threatens our sense of self, or when we feel we have little control over a situation. On the positive side, stress can be a motivator and it can even be essential to survival. The body’s fight-or-flight mechanism tells a person when and how to respond to danger. However, when the body becomes triggered too easily, or there are too many stressors at one time, it can undermine a person’s mental and physical health and become harmful.
Stress can cause mental health problems and make existing problems worse. For example, if you often struggle to manage feelings of stress, you might develop a mental health problem like anxiety or depression. Stress can become a problem when it starts to affect how you cope with day-to-day stuff. Managing stressis a matter of avoiding stress triggers and practicing techniques to reduce stress.
While certain episodes in life, like grieving following the death of a loved one, is known to cause immense psychological stress, even everyday incidents that we take for granted can impact on mental health and welfare. 1. Figure out where the stress is coming from.
Oftentimes, when we’re stressed, it seems like a big mess with stressors appearing from every angle. We start to feel like we’re playing a game of dodge ball, ducking and darting so we don’t get smacked by a barrage of balls. We take a defensive position, and not a good one at that.
Instead of feeling like you’re flailing day to day, identify what you’re actually stressed about. Is it a specific project at work, an upcoming exam, a dispute with your boss, a heap of laundry, a fight with your family?
By getting specific and pinpointing the stressors in your life, you’re one step closer to getting organized and taking action.
2. Consider what you can control and work on that.
While you can’t control what your boss does, what your in-laws say or the sour state of the economy, you can control how you react, how you accomplish work, how you spend your time and what you spend your money on.
The worst thing for stress is trying to take control over uncontrollable things. Because when you inevitably fail — since it’s beyond your control — you only get more stressed out and feel helpless. So after you’ve thought through what’s stressing you out, identify the stressors that you can control, and determine the best ways to take action.
Take the example of a work project. If the scope is stressing you out, talk it over with your supervisor or break the project down into step-wise tasks and deadlines.
Stress can be paralyzing. Doing what’s within your power moves you forward and is empowering and invigorating.
3. Do what you love.
It’s so much easier to manage pockets of stress when the rest of your life is filled with activities you love. Even if your job is stress central, you can find one hobby or two that enrich your world. What are you passionate about? If you’re not sure, experiment with a variety of activities to find something that’s especially meaningful and fulfilling.
4. Manage your time well.
One of the biggest stressors for many people is lack of time. Their to-do list expands, while time flies. How often have you wished for more hours in the day or heard others lament their lack of time? In reality, you’ve got more time than you think.
We all have the same 168 hours, and yet there are plenty of people who are dedicated parents and full-time employees and who get at least seven hours of sleep a night and lead fulfilling lives.
5. Create a toolbox of techniques.
One stress-shrinking strategy won’t work for all your problems. For instance, while deep breathing is helpful when you’re stuck in traffic or hanging at home, it might not rescue you during a business meeting.
6. Pick off the negotiables from your plate.
Review your daily and weekly activities to see what you can pick off your plate. Are you volunteering for too many causes, and so stealing time from the ones where you could make the most impact? Does your whole department really need to meet once per week or have that daily conference call?”
Try asking yourself these suggested questions: “Do [my activities] mesh with my goals and values? Am I doing things that give my life meaning? Am I doing the right amount of things?”

7. Are you leaving yourself extra vulnerable to stress?
Whether you perceive something as a stressor depends in part on your current state of mind and body. So if you’re not getting sufficient sleep or physical activity during the week, you may be leaving yourself extra susceptible to stress. When you’re sleep-deprived, sedentary and filled to the brim with coffee, even the smallest stressors can have a huge impact.
8. Preserve good boundaries.
If you’re a people-pleaser like me, saying no feels like you’re abandoning someone, have become a terrible person or are throwing all civility out the window. But of course that couldn’t be further from the truth. Plus, those few seconds of discomfort are well worth avoiding the stress of taking on an extra activity or doing something that doesn’t contribute value to your life.
One thing I’ve noticed about productive, happy people is that they’re very protective of their time and having their boundaries crossed. But not to worry: Building boundaries is a skill you can learn.
9. Realize there’s a difference between worrying and caring.
Sometimes, our mindset can boost stress. We continue worrying, somehow thinking that this is a productive or at least inevitable response to stress. But we mistake worry for action.
“Worrying is an attempt to exert control over the future by thinking about it,” whereas caring is taking action. “When we are caring for someone or something, we do the things that support or advance the best interests of the person or thing that we care about.”
We are all going through a very deep and powerful spiritual metamorphosis individually, and collectively as the human species. I believe there is a reason behind everything that occurs. As your consciousness rapidly ascends towards the fifth dimension, it can feel like you are catching the best waves as you surf the Cosmic Gateway. New information is pouring into your awareness, that will guide you into new states of joy, peace, and fulfillment.
One could say this shift is like a massive update to your entire operating system. It’s like upgrading from Human Consciousness 3.0 to Galactic Consciousness 12.0. At this point, you can tell something has changed but you can’t quite put your finger on it. Dimensions are not places or locations, but levels of consciousness that vibrate at a certain rate. The higher we vibrate, the more dimensions we consciously experience.
When we are ready to move beyond the 3rd dimension, we must go through the 4th dimension before we can enter the 5th. The 4th acts much like a purifying filter, for it is the realm of the heart that is filled with love, oneness, and lightness.
The 5th dimension is even lighter in frequency, having a more pure love, cosmic consciousness and a true multi-dimensional reality. The fifth dimension is beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition.
We will be inside this photon belt of energy for the next 2000 years, causing a massive shift in consciousness for the entire humanity. Everyone on our planet will be shifting from 3D consciousness into a 5th Dimensional enlightened reality.
The shift will be bringing humanity into the Aquarian age of being one unified harmonious world working together in peace. It will occur as a very slow digestible rate that is easy to assimilate and integrate true mastery over our minds, and our lives.

Awakening to 5D begins with understanding that the Universal body is an extension of your physical body because there is only one consciousness that permeates everything and you are that! We are that, and that is all there is.

It helps to open your mind and imagine just how massive space is out there in the Universe and how the energy of our own galaxy functions.
We are all in the COVID lockdown cooker for much higher dimensional reasons than what they’re telling you on TV. The 8 billion souls on earth are having to face, purge and process out all their lower energetic frequencies such as fear, anxiety, worry, and mistrust. Just like the caterpillar must eat his own feces to obtain the proper nutrients to grow his wings, we are all in this mass cocoon together growing our 5D wings!
On any spiritual path, I find it is deeply important to learn how to use everything you can for your awakening. Shifting into 5D consciousness is not a comfortable experience. It’s like we are taking off an old worn-out pair of shoes that are 3 sizes too small! Yet once we get them off, we are going to feel soooooo much better!!
The trick to an easier shift into 5D is remembering as often as possible that the Universe you see outside you, is merely reflecting the Universe that is within you. You can change your thinking, open up your perspective, expand your paradigm on reality. Shift your inner world and the outer world will follow.

#1 Daily life will be bubbling frequently with sensations of gratitude, joy, lightness, love, and wonder.
The 4th and 5th dimensions are like receiving a major upgrade in your operating software and DNA hardware. It’s as if your mind-body will be offered to work inside the newest fastest computer that operates smoothly at the speed of light! It will help if you reboot it (meditate, exercise and go raw/vegetarian diet) which will make your body and mind much more stable, expansive, have a sharp creative mind, clear memory, and make your overall life much easier to operate.
During this upgrade from 3D to 4D you will experience random feelings of deep inner peace, and thoughts about letting go of everything in your life. When you wake up in the morning it will be easier to stop dwelling on any harsh “3D issues” such as money, lacking love, debt, schedules, ill health, not having enough time, or stress from having too many things to do.
In 5D Consciousness it is not possible to live in fear. When your karma (energetic subconscious patterns) comes up to be processed and released, you will feel this and naturally something deep inside you will just relax and let it go. There is a deeper trust, sensitivity, and ability to feel the old pattern your body is holding onto. Do not over-identify with it. Just know who you are cannot be limited or labeled any quantified experience.
You will know that you’re entering the 4D or 5th Dimensional realm because you’ll feel very spacious and light. You’ll sense this open trusting effortless flow of life in each moment. A real feeling of wonder and excitement will be inside you about your life, as this natural lightness will help you to greet new opportunities with real love and gratitude each moment.

Everyone is here to do their work of learning the lessons their soul came here to learn. Your job is to use that information as a springboard to take you deeper inside, into the core of your being where you can merge with it, melt into it, and transform it. Entering 5D is all about true alchemy.
Instead of it taking months or years in psychotherapy for your karma to dissolve it will take minutes or even seconds! #3 You will physically experience the world as being more beautiful with your senses.
The colors of the world will look brighter, stronger, and have more pizzazz to them. You will see a wider spectrum of light and frequency that may even appear like sparkly rainbow ‘hippie’ colors. The most simple raw fruits and vegetables will have an exquisite healing taste, and your sense of smell can become extremely heightened! You will be able to hear the divine song of creation, the music of the spheres, the eternal OM, and the sound of silence. You can attune your listening to an orchestra of light that is constantly playing in the background, bringing tears of joy to your heart. You’ll feel and know you are communicating with the 5th-dimensional beings who are tuned into you by a deep interconnected feeling in the chest, heart, and belly.
As every being on the entire planet receives their upgrade, it’ll become easier and easier to hear the messages from 5th-dimensional beings, yet the real work will be in integrating what they are saying and how to apply it to your life. It’s like a 3rd grader entering the classroom of a physics mastery program and trying to remember and relate the pertinent information to his world.
Many people will be able to hear these higher dimensional messages long before they will see them. In 5D, your mind is mainly quiet and at ease, so you won’t doubt that you are receiving a “download” from them. The higher the frequency of the subject that you want to talk about with them, the easier it is for them to hear, understand and notice that you’re speaking to them.
Seeing 5D intergalactic beings will become an accepted occurrence in society. For you to see all the 5D beings around you depends on your belief system and your ability to transcend the layers of limiting thoughts that restrict your consciousness from experiencing the seemingly impossible.
#4 Time will feel fluid, eternal, and illusory.
You will move like water from one life experience to the next. There will be no judgment or negative feelings about how or why things are done the way they are done. You will realize that you are not the doer and that a higher power doing life through you.
The same number of events may happen on a normal day, yet there will a much deeper richer and more juicy experience of each one. Life will be full of lightness and a love for being alive that it creates a timeless sensation of your life.
What seems like 2 weeks in the 3rd Dimension, can seem like a month in the 5th Dimension. The normal string of events in a day may not seem to happen in order or a “straight line”. You may experience them randomly or move instantly from point A to point H or Z in seconds.
The 3D view of time will seem pointless and like kindergarten consciousness as you’ll understand that there is no end to this life. #5 You’ll constantly have unexplainable synchronistic experiences and “miraculous” manifestations will happen regularly.
Amazing synchronicities will be an everyday occurrence. The Universe will be speaking to you constantly, giving you “signs” on where to go and what to do. It will feel like you are on a miraculous journey through a magical world and anything is possible!
What you took for granted as scientific rational laws of this Universe that absolutely cannot be broken will be constantly shattered and removed. Whatever you once thought was impossible to happen, will and can manifest right before your very eyes.

When you hang up the next song you hear on the radio will contain the words that instantly answer your question for you. Sometimes the answer will come first before the question comes, or they can even show up at the exact same time!
When your third eye is fully open, you will start to see through this 3D dimension and into the 4th and 5th layers. This means you may start seeing lights, portals or layers of energy in the sky or perhaps right across your kitchen table. As the veil between dimensions gets thinner you will see more and more of what is really around you.
You may start seeing extraterrestrial beings, UFO ships, or bizarre things that are here already here, yet just hidden from normal people’s eyes on the other dimension (as if they were once cloaked). It is nothing to be concerned about as the energy at this point on the planet is already so high, that the darker beings cannot handle the vibration.
When humanity opens up to 5D Consciousness, we will all be informed that we are all intimately part of an Intergalactic Community, and are taken care of (the genetic offspring) of the most highly evolved spiritually enlightened loving beings you can imagine. When you meet people who are living in the 5th as well, can bring up such a deep happiness inside they could bring tears of joy to your eyes.
Science and spirituality will truly become one and you will have full and total understanding of how it all works as you will be merged with the oneness of all things. By practicing listening to your guides on the higher realms, you’ll be able to know anything about anyone at any time.
Any question someone asks you, you can access the Akashic Record and immediately have the answer to. You may be able to foresee how certain events will unfold in the future, yet not always be able to predict the exact future events as this would not be in alignment with the highest mystery and joy of life, making life truly a wondrous adventure to explore! So you bow down and respect the mystery of life, knowing it will all be totally perfect exactly as it unfolds for you.
#6 You will know and feel divinely guided by something higher than your own mind/imagination
As your mind begins to quiet, you will be able to hear your guidance from the other dimensions. This may be from angelic guides, spirit guides, past ancestors, or beings on a higher plane showing you the way home. You will realize that you’re an intimate part of an intergalactic community and there are beings who are a million years more advanced than our civilization who have been here for the past 400,000 years watching our every move. We all want to enjoy our time here to the maximum. During this time of increasing energy and vibration on the planet, we must keep a high frequency level if we are to fully explore this world in the most enlightening and enjoyable way. To be able to do this, we must travel deeply inside ourselves, and rest in the silent source that is at the core of who we truly are. We must be willing to relax, let go of all your old comfortable habits, and drop into the “unknown zone”.
The most healing feelings in the Universe are found within you. The inner spiritual journeyis the greatest journey any being can take in their lifetime. You are privileged to be here and you have the time and energy to explore this. Transform and move your energy into any dimension you want. That’s what you designed for.
In order to forgive ourselves and others, we must truly heal and to do so we must know and feel the injury. Every pain is only considered a pain, when it is felt. Therefore your feelings have a major role to play in your spiritual development cycle. It’s not something to avoid or ignore. So many people face a lifetime of trauma that could be healed immediately, if they sit and grow through the pain but we live in a cowardly world where it seems unproductive to sit and do some self work.
We need to willingly and lovingly explore and heal the core of a trauma emotion – we must clean, purge and love it, from the inside out. Feeling in order to heal requires some degree of Self awareness and Self responsibility. It is important not to become polarized in or attached to anger and fear, etc. What is most needed is for us to visit, own, acknowledge and validate difficult emotions. Allowing ourselves to hear and see what is held in the body, organs, blood, bone, genetic blueprint and cellular memory is fundamental to our healing.
Life can be very unraveling when we begin to truly look at our emotions and experiences for what they are and not just what how they make us feel, sometimes it might take only a moment and for others it might take even longer. For example, if two people have same cut on their skin, the healing process might not be totally alike. One may take longer while the other heals faster and vice versa. But one thing is certain, they both feel pain. A couple of days ago, I was having a conversation with an old friend about how life and death are two sides to coin, likewise pain and pleasure. Every mother goes through pain during child birth, some feel more pain than others but one thing is for sure -“PAIN”. During the passage of death, some feel pain and others have it less painful. This shows that pain is in the natural cycle of life and we should accept it for what it is. A PROCESS. They all go hand in hand like an interwoven thread and until we accept them for what they are, we would never truly know what we are capable of.
Ultimately, difficult experiences and painful emotions arise to the surface of our healing radar in divine timing. What can emerge, often seemingly out of nowhere, are deeply stored emotions, repetitive patterns we may have thought we had cleared, as well as old ‘stories’ to conclude from lifetimes ago.
It is important not to go into too much detail when it comes to re-telling our story. If there is a powerful need to share over and over the story, then what can most serve the ultimate healing of it is to do so in no more than five words. However, to arrive at this point may require that we re-tell a story in greatest detail for as long needed, in order to help us to come to terms with what has happened. Yet, we find when closest to fully healing and letting go of a story, we have less to say in terms of detail and a deeper feeling impulse to feel the feeling we are left with so as to begin to dissipate it, slowly but surely, in the light of love and consciousness.
The emphasis must be on the feeling (felt-sense), not the story (mind). It is not the situation that causes our suffering, it is what the mind does with it. So, we literally need to get out of the mind, the who, when, what, where, why, breathe into the emotion and feel the feeling. In Psychosynthesis there is an effective practice that invites one to identify in order to dis-identify, to go inside, walk around, explore and examine an inner-wound.
Meditation and Visualization are great tools to get inside the ‘inside’. These are very potent methods to aid healing because we live in a world where perception becomes reality, visuals can become a powerful facilitator for Self healing. Just as yoga has its own magical healing abilities for the body and soul. ( See Yoga and it’s health benefits ). One thing I’m sure we all want, is to be entirely free from pain. Yet we avoid our feelings. But everyone wants to experience the ultimate bliss of pleasure. Like a popular African musician “Tuface Idibia” said, ” Nobody wan die, but them wan go heaven. Question is what are you willing to let go of to acquire what you desire? We live in a transactional world. One where you have to give to receive. Therefore, If you want to truly heal, you have to walk through the lonely and sometimes painful path of healing by FEELING.
When it comes to creating a happy and successful life, most of us were introduced to a variety of traditional skills designed to get us there. Important habits like time management, creative thinking, communication and self-discipline are commonly celebrated as the master key to success.
Especially from childhood. Children are supposed to learn many life skills from their parents, tutors and relatives including how to take care of their own emotional and physical needs. These life skills are many but few include:
Love and Respect
Self-Belief and Self-Confidence
Good Communication Skills
How to say no
How to accept rejection
How to know what you want
How to hear inner guidance
How to prioritize joy
How to put yourself first
How to appreciate what is
How to let go
How to ask for help
How to receive
Now, let’s examine together each of these life skills.
Love and Respect. Parents and guardians are supposed to teach their children to speak to themselves in a kind, understanding and compassionate manner. Children need to learn to respect their values and believes but to be brave enough to challenge whether they are correct or not. Kids need to be taught to respect their bodies and to set appropriate boundaries. They also need to know when to let go of people who do not respect them.
Children also need to learn to value, love, and respect others, accepting other beliefs and backgrounds. They need to learn not to force their beliefs onto others and to express opinions in a manner that respects other’s feelings.
If any of these skills is missing, the child grows into an adult who not only does not love and respect themselves but also lacks respect for others.
Self-Belief and Self-Confidence. These two qualities can only be learned through experience, and it is up to parents to instill in their children to have self-belief. This belief system allows children to have the courage to take the necessary risks to further themselves in the world.
Teaching children that there is no such thing as a failure only opportunities to learn sets them up to try new things and to accept their faults. These kids will be more confident and competent in everything they do.
When parents do not teach their kids self-belief and self-confidence, they allow their children to internalize any mistakes they might make and to wallow in their failures. Children whose parents did not teach them self-belief and self-confidence grow into adults who are afraid to try new things and would rather be a follower rather than a leader.
Emotional Management. Learning to manage one’s emotions is one of the most important things a parent can teach their child. Children learn emotional management from watching their parent’s example, and if the parent does not regulate their own emotions, the child will not either.
The result is adults who are ruled by their emotions and who will be unable to respond appropriately to emotional stimuli. When faced with feeling depressed or scared, these adults are unable to act, and if nothing changes, nothing changes.
These adults become caught in a cycle.
Good Communication Skills. The success of adults both professionally and personally relies upon the quality of their communication skills. Parents are to teach their children to use and listen to both verbal and non-verbal communications and respond with authenticity, sensitivity, and actively.
When children are not taught to listen to others, they grow up to be adults who are unable to cultivate respectful relationships both at work and at home. Forming deep and lasting relationships becomes extremely difficult when communication skills are compromised by a lack of parenting.
How to say no.
Most of us were trained to accommodate the desires of others rather than to honor our personal preferences. Even when we do manage to wriggle out of something we don’t want to do, it’s not unusual to feel guilty in declining the request. But make no mistake; learning to say no (and feel fine about it) is an essential skill for successful living.
How to accept rejection.
From the very beginning as young children who were dependent on others for survival, we learned to value acceptance and approval from others. It can trigger strong feelings of fear when we don’t receive that approval. Yet fear of rejection keeps many of us from following our biggest dreams. Learning that it’s okay even when others don’t agree is key to happiness.
How to know what you want.
In learning to navigate the world many of us become experts at discerning what others want and prioritizing their desires in an attempt to win affection and approval. This is not a habit that leads to personal fulfillment. Learning to identify what you truly desire – and having the courage to honor it – isn’t something most of us were taught but is absolutely essential for success.
How to hear inner guidance.
As a common parenting technique we were trained to listen to our parents, and then our teachers, without any attention given to hearing our own inner wisdom. Learning to tune into that guidance is a skill that contributes greatly to a happy life. You’ll go far learning to recognize and follow the wisdom within.
How to prioritize joy.
Many cultures teach that work comes first and the reward is later – if we’re lucky. We pay our dues up front and hope to earn our desserts. But stress and misery are too often the result of this life approach. Being willing to front-load life with happiness and joy is the wiser path to true success.
How to put yourself first.
Selfishness is often criticized and selflessness revered in our society. Yet we are useless to the world when we haven’t taken care of ourselves first. Learning to practice effective self-care allows us to be of highest service to the passions that fill our heart, which makes for better world citizens.
How to let go.
Most of us are taught to persevere no matter the pain or cost because anything we want is worth working hard for. And yet struggle and sacrifice often just lead to unrewarding results where we’re worn out and miserable. Those in the know understand that unhappy journeys don’t have happy endings, which makes knowing when to give up an essential life skill.
How to appreciate what is.
More, bigger, better, and faster is the focus many folks engage in their pursuit of happiness. But if we don’t learn how to appreciate the present moment and enjoy what life offers right now, it’s hopeless that we ever will. One of the most worthwhile practices we can master is becoming thankful for what is.
How to ask for help.
Our fear of rejection and unwillingness to impose upon others (and also perhaps our desire for independence) often keep us from requesting the help we need to achieve what we most want. We become “world class askers” in pursuit of our greatest dreams because nothing great is ever created in isolation. Learning to ask for support is undoubtedly a key success skill.
How to receive.
Typically we learn to be good givers and are actually uncomfortable on the receiving end, even when it’s something as simple as a compliment or a favor. Because our culture exalts acts of giving, it’s easy for us to lack the skills of receiving. This is a success habit worth mastering, however, since our dreams remain out of reach until we know how to let the good stuff in.
Depression brutally assaults us and promotes hopelessness. This is because depression is not a pure feeling but an effort to ward off a complex mix of unwanted ones. Anger, frustration, irritation, and grief are feelings we tend to find intolerable, we don’t want to feel them, we avoid them. When we’re depressed, we’re engaging in a psychic battle to blot out these unwanted feelings. It’s a battle with your self. Usually, the part of yourself you’re scared to face or the part you’re traumatized by. Common psychic defenses against painful feelings include ignoring feelings, projection.
We got to do better at becoming our best selves everyday. In today’s world, depression carries with it a very high cost in terms of relationship problems, family suffering and lost work productivity and mental illnesses. Yet, depression is highly treatable.
Every feeling is a state of mind . Hence, depression is a state of mind of being deeply pressed over a situation.
States are locations, a state of mind– is a location in your mind and we can change locations cant we? The intention of this post is to remind you that every kind of sickness is a mental state of being as it is physical. Therefore, if we can heal the mind we can heal the body and vice versa. All you need do is change your state (location) of well-being and you can heal the illness. In my last post, Let’s Talk Therapy, i wrote about what psychotherapy is and how it plays a major role in helping to alleviate the most common types of disorders or illnesses.
When depression appears in your life, think of it as a cry for help from your subconscious. Listen to it, find out what it’s trying to tell you. Only when you confront and understand the true cause of your depression, then take action to address it, will you finally be liberated from it no matter what the temperature outside.
What Causes Depression?
Depression does not have one single cause. It can be developed for a number of different reasons, some include:
Stressful life events. An upsetting incident such as a death in the family or the breakdown of a romantic relationship can lead people to depression. Job stress or financial woes are also common causes. Early life experiences can also play a role. People who try to deal with these issues on their own and shut themselves off from family and friends are especially vulnerable to developing depression.
Personality and heredity. People who have certain personality traits are also susceptible to depression. Those who are excessively self-critical or have very low self-esteem are at particular risk. Moreover, if you have a family history of depression – such as a depressed parent or sibling – it is possible you could become depressed yourself. However, this is not a given, many people with such histories do not become depressed.
Illness and aging. Any illness can trigger depression in certain individuals, especially if it has repercussions on your activity level or sex life. In particular, people with life-threatening or recurrent illnesses are prone to depression. Thyroid problems and head injuries can also lead to mood swings. In addition, aging can make some people feel depressed.
Drug and Alcohol Use. People who turn to drugs or alcohol to deal with problems are more likely to end up even more depressed because these substances can bring on or worsen depression. Moreover, those who become addicted often experience family or work problems, which can also contribute to depression.
Giving birth. Postnatal depression can be triggered by the emotional, physical and hormonal changes that accompany giving birth as well as the responsibility and challenges of caring for a baby and changes in the family structure.
Core Symptoms of Depression
A persistent low mood and/or feelings of sadness, with or without weepiness.
Lack of energy and motivation: this is marked by lack of interest or pleasure in activities you may have previously enjoyed.
Sluggish movements or agitation
Difficulty in concentrating and day to day problem solving
Feelings of guilt and/or worthless
How to hunt down your own depression
Rather than viewing depression as a monster to flee from, look it in the eye, investigate the feelings that you are “depressing” and avoiding. For example, you may say, “I feel depressed today.” The questions that follow should be: Why today? What am I ignoring? What issue am I not addressing?
When does depression need treatment or psychotherapy?
Any bout of depression that lasts more than two weeks can benefit from treatment, and the earlier it is begun, the better. Early treatment has the highest likelihood of bringing about full remission of symptoms and preventing relapse or recurrence. The so-called burden of depression is great, as the disorder is a major cause of missed work and poor productivity, and it has a devastating effect on relationships, family life, physical health, and general quality of life.
How Does Psychotherapy Help Depression?
Psychotherapy helps people with depression:
Understand the behaviors, emotions, and ideas that contribute to his or her depression.
Understand and identify the life problems or events — like a major illness, a death in the family, a loss of a job or a divorce — that contribute to their depression and help them understand, which aspects of those problems they may be able to solve or improve.
Help to restructure ways of thinking, negative attributes and attitudes someone has about himself, and ways in which faulty thinking may perpetuate depression.

Types of Therapy for Depression
Therapy can be given in a variety of formats, including:
Individual: This therapy involves only the patient and the therapist.
Group: 2 or more patients may participate in therapy at the same time. Patients are able to share experiences and learn that others feel the same way, and have had the same experiences.
Marital/couples: This type of therapy helps spouses and partners understand why their loved one has depression, what changes in communication and behaviors can help, and what they can do to cope.
Family: Because family is a key part of the team that helps people with depression get better, it is sometimes helpful for family members to understand what their loved one is going through, how they themselves can cope, and what they can do to help.
Approaches to Therapy
While therapy can be done in different formats — like family, group, and individual — there are also several different approaches that mental health professionals can take to provide therapy. After talking with the patient about their depression, the therapist will decide which approach to use based on the suspected underlying factors contributing to the depression.
Therapy works best when you attend all of your scheduled appointments and participate actively in the work of treatment. The effectiveness of therapy is not a passive process depends on your active participation. It requires time, effort, and consistency. As you begin therapy, establish some goals with your therapist. Then spend time periodically reviewing your progress with your therapist.

Sometimes we don’t know why it’s taking so long to achieve something or why we are always making the same mistake in our lives, or why is taking so long to overcome a situation or the reason why we have a disease that has no specific origin or why we feel bad when we are with someone, or even when we try to finish a relationship but we never succeed. That’s because the energy cords need to be cut. Humans are electromagnetic beings, we are vibrational which means we attract and repel energies like electricity. In other words, we are composed of oscillating magnetic and electric fields just like this:
What Are Energy Cords?
We are all spiritual beings. Every minute of every day (including when we sleep), we are sharing energy with fellow humans, animals, and nature. Sometimes we can pick up attachments to others that do not serve ours or their highest good. Energetic bonds can happen with any chakra, or multiple chakras, within your energy body. Most of these bonds happen naturally—they are with our friends, family, children, co-workers, and neighbors. They are welcome bonds. Helpful energy bonds consist of mutual sharing, respect, trust, and love. But because we are always in a state of growth, sometimes bonds can outlive their purpose. When this happens, cord-cutting can be beneficial to both parties involved.
Cords and attachments can become very problematic for anyone doing energy or psychic work, highly sensitive people, and empaths.
A cord is created by thought and emotion; whether that progresses to a physical relationship has no bearing on the cord existing. Energy is not restricted by time or space. Often, if a relationship also becomes physical, the cord only strengthens. A good example of this is sharing your body in an intimate relationship. How much energy invested in the relationship will also affect how easy it is to remove or sever an unwanted or outgrown bond.
The reason why people cut cords with others is to generally move on from a person and let them go energetically – this means on an energy level. People who we are close to form energetic bonds with us that resemble cords of energy that link one person to the other. These are etheric cords, so think of ether as a kind of energy. Those who have seen the cords (and often we can see them in meditation for example) describe them as dark in color. The bonding itself can be light with just a slim cord, or you can be corded heavily with another through your chakras and can have multiple thick cording that literally shows your attachment, either mentally, emotionally, sexually, or all of the above.
Have you ever heard of the need to cut energy cords? Everything in the universe is energy. We can approach it by using quantic physics research – that shows us that our body has energy centers of information that are continuously sending and receiving information (or energy), creating transformation and affecting matter – or by simply noticing our body energy patterns.
We have a large magnetic field that protects us from the energies in our environment, but most of the times we don’t know how to protect ourselves from that energies that are not healthy for us and cords or attachments are created especially because most people are not conscious of this.
Cords can come from childhood or adulthood relations or even from past lives. It may be that you never felt loved by your father as a child and you are running the pattern of needing love and attention that makes you create dependency relationships with other men.
It may be that you never felt loved by your mother and you activate the pattern of needing others to fill the hole inside you, creating relationships commanded by high expectations that, obviously, never succeed. Most of these cords are running our lives subconsciously and need to be cut so we can stop feeling stuck and create space for the new in our life.
Symptoms of heavy cording include:
Unable to move on
Unable to stop thinking or obsessing about a person
Frequent conversations in your mind with a person
Frequently remembering what they said in the past, feeling their ongoing judgment or criticism
Arguments, sometimes daily in your mind with someone (these can be actual psychic arguments)
Constant memories or emotions that arise – i.e. we used to watch that show together
Temptation to go back to a relationship that does not serve you
Stalking another online through social networking, watching them compulsively
Unable to sleep, experiencing amnesia
You seem to endless process the past and what happened there
Deep feelings of sadness, anger, and depression around the past
Feelings of wanting to get revenge, or constantly aware of unfair treatment
Crying a whole lot, an emotional wreck
Turning down other offers and invitations, feeling uninterested
Becoming stuck in the past, not looking for new opportunities
With Whom Should We Cut Cords?
You can cut the cords with any person who is bothersome to you psychically, mentally and emotionally. This is to say anyone who sends you strong energy and who intrudes on your thoughts and emotions even when you are alone. If you are done with a person but find they always intrude on your thoughts and you can feel them around you or in your mind, you can cut the connection by cutting the etheric cords that attach the both of you.
Some people with strong sexual bonds can find relief here as well by disconnection your sexual chakra to theirs, if such a bond was once formed. If an old flame was harmful or hurtful to you in some way, being free on all levels is incomparable. You literally move on and a new space is formed around you. You can then proceed to fill that space with more amiable and pleasant thoughts and feelings.
You can also cut the cords with any person who has abused you, either physically or emotionally. Victims of any crime (rape, beating, even bullying) can form bonds with the perpetrators that continue on energetically, even long after the crime. Cutting these bonds will help healing that much faster. This will help you to release the pain and clear out your energy field or aura of that trauma.
You can certainly continue to cut the cords until they no longer recur and you have completely moved on. If a cord cutting fails, this indicates you are not willing to really let someone go yet. This is okay, it just means you aren’t truly ready to move on. There may be a lesson in this relationship you have yet to master and your current attachment is giving you the opportunity to learn the lesson for good.
There are some techniques to cut energy cords. We can use chakras cleansing, specific visualizations and meditation on cutting cords as well as aura cleansing.
It’s not an easy process, especially if you belong to the multiverse of empaths like me. Although, as good healers can facilitate our ability to heal, almost all the techniques can be applied by ourselves individually. An example would be:
Find a quiet place where you can meditate. At this moment, you can light incense or do some smudging.
Close your eyes and begin focusing on your breathing.
Once you feel relaxed, envision a thick red cord coming from your tailbone, going deep into the earth, and tying you safely to the core. This is to ground and also to protect you.
Think on the person, place, or thing that you wish to cut energy cords with.
Visualize the cords and then imagine cutting them, with a scissor, a sword, burning them off or just removing them by hand.
Tell this person place or thing that you love them, you wish them well, but no longer will be tied to them. Then remove the cords.
After this, visualize the cord you attached to the core of the earth being untied and coming back up into your tailbone.
Bring your awareness back to conscious reality, and have a good stretch.
Thank your spiritual guides and leave the place.
Repeat this exercise as often as you need.
What might happen after cord cutting?
Despite what you feel in the moment, cutting cords free you and allow you to quickly and painlessly move forward. Like suddenly everything starts working in your life and pushing you to another level of evolution in different areas.
You can also cut and prevent cords by forgiving, avoiding an internal (and external) speech of drama and negativity. You can also do it by avoiding people and environments that drain your energy. Overthinking about non healthy attachments to people or situations and, generally, by raising our vibration and try to be connected with nature and with the present moment.
In simple terms, you can expect to find your mind no longer dwells upon the person as the psychic attachment has been dissolved. Your mind is quieter, calmer and it is like cleaning out a closet – all those old emotions associated with that person dissolve as the communication between you ends. You now have extra space in your mind to fill with something better, and you will certainly be clearer in intent.
Imagine the freedom you can feel having that extra peace of mind, letting go of unwanted baggage, not to mention being free emotionally as well. If this sounds too good, you may be wondering why don’t we all do this on a regular basis, why don’t people know about this? The reason is simply we are never taught. In a world where we tend to believe in only what we see, such psychic cords of attachment go unnoticed and so we tend to carry unwanted energy and connections around with us many more years than we need to.

In our society today there tends to be an underlying assumption that emotions are negative, and more specifically that crying is weakness, being ‘childish’ or giving into negativity. Some folks believe it’s something that is meant to be hidden, controlled or suppressed. But in reality, tears hold a special kind of power to cleanse your mind, reconnect the head and heart and realign you with the power of your soul.
Even the very popular and widely accepted “scientific studies” have validated this and shown that people do feel better after a good cry. Crying is a powerful way to let go of sadness and anger, past hurts, grief and wounds.
When you cry, it’s your body’s natural response to whatever challenging emotion has appeared in your inner space.
Crying is an act of physical, and emotional detoxification. Think of each tear as a physical representation of sadness and stress that you’re now letting go of.
If you stop yourself from crying, and don’t use some other technique to release the sadness or ‘clogged stress’ within it can and will build up to a point of depression, or overwhelm.
So if you feel like crying… Let the tears flow. Have a good cry, experience this powerful form of release, detox, unclogging and let it go.
Crying is an essential part of the healing process.
Sometimes, due to the idea of always being strong, we forget that our bodies contain 70% percent of water which needs to move. Water is not in a solid state. It requires motion. So if you do not allow it, it will create another way to flow. Remember this, if you go through life withholding your deepest worries and sadness. These build up and affects the other major areas of our life subconsciously. It might even manifest as crying in the dream state or waking up feeling very emotional.
Have you ever woken up from a dream crying?
Perhaps you are grieving a loss and are uncomfortable crying publicly. Sometimes we believe being strong means having a stiff upper lip and holding our emotions inside. Our bodies know when we need to release the pain, waking up crying let’s the emotions escape through our tears. This happened to me when I was grieving the loss of a loved one. I didn’t realize how badly I needed to grieve and let go until I became conscious of the necessity to grieve, accept and let go.
Crying is your body’s release valve for stress, sadness, grief, anxiety and frustration. We can have tears of joy, say when a child is born or tears of relief when a difficulty has passed. Personally, I use crying as a healing tool and I am indeed very grateful when I cry because I know its power regardless of the reason. It’s a cleansing way to purge stuck emotions often held in my body. To stay healthy and release stress, I encourage my clients to cry. I use this during psychotherapy and aura cleansing as well. Tears can help people heal from hurtful psychological experiences in life, just as there are natural body processes that promote physical healing.
You may have released all the grief, or there may be more to come. Either way, when you wake up crying, it is good and healing. (Don’t you always feel much better after a cry?) Even if you don’t remember the dream, rest assured that tears are better out than in, and although you may become more aware, in the next few days, of a past event that caused you grief, you are well on the way to finally letting it go and moving on.
Crying has a purpose.
Sometimes when we stay strong for a very long time and just suppress all our pain and emotions our body sends us a signal. Your tears is the way your body talks to you. It happens during emotional meltdown, high anxiety or depression. It is OK to cry and to be sad. We are not robots and embracing our sadness is the most empathetic act of love we could take towards ourselves.

Scan back over all your experiences of crying, and you’ll notice that they’re quite varied, not just in your reasons for crying, but in the quality of the cry itself, and in the effect that crying had on you. Was it one of those cries that left you feeling much better afterwards: relieved, lighter, less sad, more free? Or did it make you feel even worse, like you wish you had just managed to keep it contained and not cry at all?
High-quality crying is crying that maximizes crying’s healing effects.
Society has totally brainwashed our men into perceiving tears as a sign of weakness and its only meant for women. Perhaps ‘boys don’t cry’, or you were advised to ‘keep a stiff upper lip’, or you accepted a hurtful situation as normal or something to be endured, so you packed grief away, out of sight. Or perhaps the only way to get through a situation was to pretend to yourself that it wasn’t happening, or wasn’t important, or that you were coping wonderfully, or needed to smile for others, or that you had already healed.
These, and other forms of denial, are like Band-Aids. They work on the surface, but the deeper wound still hurts, affecting how you live your life.
One day the grief finally breaks through – perhaps accompanied by a dream of a dam bursting, or a tsunami breaking – and you wake up crying.
If you can remember your dream, look for clues about your grief, as understanding the past will help you to accelerate your healing.
Crying is liberating. Sometimes, when we watch a sad movie, it’s inevitable not to cry. This is because, without realizing it, we release all the tensions and frustrations of everyday life during crying. After a shower of tears we feel tired, but also pretty much lighter and calmer, isn’t it? But what does it mean waking up crying and dreaming about tears? Are we suffering from something? Could it be a bad omen? That’s what we’re going to talk about now.
What does it mean to wake up crying?
It depends on a lot of factors when we wake up crying, not remembering what happened in the dream, means that we have repressed hurts or some trauma that we urgently need to deal with. It’s time to take stock of your life and see what ails you so much, put an end to what is bad. Living with grief only brings more suffering and still delays our achievements and goals.

If, as a man, you want to reclaim crying, or if you want to help a man reclaim his ability to cry, it helps to start slow. Learning to get back in touch with sad feelings requires that we slowly start to sense the sadness, and other feelings, as sensations in our bodies, and then to follow the impulses that those sensations produce.
Men feel just as much as women, though we often need to get back in touch with the feelings we’ve lost contact with — literally get back in touch with them. Making crying sounds and motions without tears can help you retrain your body to allow crying to take place.
There’s no rush, however. Taking the time to notice sadness without tears, and to give yourself room to feel it, can be just as important as crying.
So, let’s sum it up: what does crying do? It’s a self-cleansing mechanism that helps us recover from any kind of psychological distress. Why do we cry when we’re sad? To release ourselves from stress and toxins, and ultimately bring us back to tranquility. And why does crying make you feel better? Because crying releases endorphins, which are the ultimate healing power of tears. So remember: although you have to be strong in times of adversity, sometimes you just need a good cry in order to keep going. So whenever you feel like it, cry and release yourself!
If you feel like crying, don’t suppress it… Let your tears flow so you can purify your mind, body, and emotions of stress and negativity… On the other side is a new level of peace, love, and light.
Let’s talk about this very common fear in our society and it’s different attachment styles. The fear of abandonment is a form of anxiety about losing your loved ones. It is quite common with people who have lost a loved one. So this results into making you feel like the people in your life will disappear if you don’t put all of your efforts into relationships or you might run away from every relationship because you’re afraid of getting your heart broken. Either way, you might have a fear of abandonment.
This fear doesn’t just make a home in your chest overnight. It’s linked to the different experiences you have had with people over the years. You may feel this enormous fear because of a childhood experience or because of an abusive ex-lover.
Abandonment issues also happen when a parent does not provide the child with consistent warm or attentive interactions, leaving them feeling chronic stress and fear. Naturally children are expressive and they need love. Our body holds memory and life is like a repetitive circle. The experiences that happen during a child’s development will often continue into adulthood. This is why abandonment issues become more prevalent as you get older and can affect your relationships.
Abandonment fear could also stem from childhood loss. This loss could be related to a traumatic event, such as the loss of a parent through death, separation or divorce. It can also come from not getting enough physical or emotional care. These early childhood experiences can lead to a fear of being abandoned by others later in life.
How can the fear of abandonment be avoided?
Only the constant presence of parents or guardians in childhood, with affection and attention, can bring the security that the child needs. This way they feel that their survival will be guaranteed and they do not need to be afraid.
In the case of the child who has had conflicts in school and the unsafe partner in the adult relationship, they are both acting unconsciously as a way of drawing the attention of the mother or partner. Calling attention to yourself is an unconscious way of feeling secure.
The child begins to create mechanisms to raise the attention of parents from a very young age. When their brain realizes that their behavior is successful, that it works to gain attention, it becomes automatic so they feel safe and protected. In adult life, the same thing happens: if the fear of abandonment makes your partner try to give you more security, the insecure uses this fear as a way to gain more attention.
Types of Abandonment Issues
Abandonment issues can present themselves in three insecure attachment styles. These are:
Avoidant Attachment Style
People who follow this style don’t allow anyone to get close to them. You may feel like you can’t open up or trust others, making you appear distant, private, or withdrawn.
Anxious Attachment Style
People with this type of attachment style cope by developing intensely close and dependent relationships with others. You may feel anxious about separating yourself from your partner and tend to be emotionally reactive. It may be easy to see conflicts as a concern that your partner may leave, which makes you act out of fear.
Disorganized Attachment Style
People with this attachment style have difficulty remaining intimate and close but can also be inconsistent. You may feel anxious about being in a relationship or want to avoid the closeness. This attachment style may come with other potential disorders.
Signs you are suffering from fear of abandonment
1. You give too much in relationships
Due to your fear of abandonment, if you choose to start a relationship with someone, you go all in.
You do whatever it takes to please this person and to make them happy.
This goes to the extent of forgetting about your own wants and needs, because theirs are more important to you.
However, forgetting about your own boundaries in the name of a relationship is a clear sign you have a fear of abandonment.
You give too much and receive too little.
Relationships require work from both sides.
If he doesn’t deem all your efforts to be loving and caring acts, then it’s his fault, not yours. You don’t deserve to be in a one-sided relationship.
2. You push people away to avoid rejection
Another sign of your fear of abandonment is if you choose to avoid relationships altogether.
You push people away and don’t let them see your vulnerable side all because you’re scared you’ll get attached to them.
What happens when you get attached? You give them the possibility of hurting you.
You fear rejection because it is a direct blow to your self-esteem. It literally activates your anxiety and fear of abandonment.
That’s why it’s easier to stay away from people than to give them the possibility of hurting you.
3. You are very codependent
A very obvious sign of a fear of abandonment is when you have mostly been involved in codependent relationships.
You thrive on the fact that a person makes you feel needed, even if it’s anything but healthy.
You want to be helpful in every single way possible and they exploit that.
Your previous partners might have seen that they could take advantage of your fear of abandonment and they treated you whatever way they pleased, because they knew you wouldn’t leave.
4. You feel insecure in yourself and with your partner
As said previously, a fear of abandonment is a form of anxiety and it brings a lot of insecurities into your life.
Your fear is the main reason behind the fact that you feel extremely insecure in yourself.
You’re always looking in the mirror and nitpicking all the reasons why you deserve to be heartbroken.
This also transfers into a romantic relationship because if you don’t love yourself right then you can’t love your partner right.
You’re always questioning when he’ll leave you and you see every small fight as the end.
When he’s mad at you for whatever reason, you see that as a sign that he’ll leave you immediately, even if it’s not true.
5. You persist with unhealthy relationships
If you have a fear of abandonment then you should be able to spot it in the number of unhealthy relationships in your life.
Whether it is romantic relationships, friendships, or very unhealthy family links, you always end up as the victim.
This is because you sabotage connections by either being extremely emotionally unavailable or being very clingy.
If the other party is the one who is toxic toward you, you might not even realize it out of the fear that you might get your feelings hurt.
So you end up staying in that relationship as you can’t help it.
6. You’re very clingy
Because of your insecurities and your fear of abandonment, you can also be extremely clingy. What does this involve?
Besides always wanting to be physically around your partner, you’re also always texting and calling him.
If you do get a moment away from your partner, you get extremely anxious and you don’t even realize you’re being clingy.
Your fears and anxieties are valid, but you need to realize that no one is going to leave you permanently just because they have gone out with their friends for the night.
7. You’re jealous
Another very clear sign of a fear of abandonment is when you yourself are an extremely jealous person.
You fear that your partner will find someone better than you and leave you for them.
You see every other woman as a threat.
This leads to very uncomfortable conversations with your partner, where you’re always asking him about the women in his life, even if it’s just co-workers.
A little bit of jealousy can be adorable at times, but when it becomes a symptom of your fear of abandonment, it’s not that cute anymore.
8. You’re in a state of constant anxiety
When you think of your partner, your first instinct isn’t to feel happiness, but rather anxiety.
Your smile fades whenever you think of him and you feel your stomach make a flip.
All of this because you think about all the bad things that could happen in your relationship that may lead to a breakup.
Your first thought might even be the last time you did something wrong in your relationship and he got mad.
This anxiety doesn’t leave you. It gets less obvious when you’re right next to him, but it never truly disappears.
9. You feel unworthy of love
Your insecurities, your clinginess, everything comes from a deeply-rooted fear of abandonment. Just like the fact that you feel unworthy of love.
You feel like no one will ever be able to love you. Even if they say they do, you take that with a grain of salt.
Long-Term Effects of Abandonment Issues
A person who has experienced abandonment may be more likely to have long-term mental health issues. These are often based on the fear that abandonment will recur. A child who was abandoned by a parent or guardian may have mood swings or anger issues. These behaviors become an automated lifestyle that can alienate potential intimate partners and friends. A child’s self-esteem can also be affected by lack of parental support, love or care.
Abandonment fears can impair a person’s ability to trust others. They may make it harder for a person to feel worthy or be intimate. These fears could make a person prone to anxiety, depression, codependence, or other issues. Someone who lacks self-esteem due to childhood abandonment may seek relationships that reinforce their beliefs because that’s the language they understand.
Maintain a positive mind is a way to treat this fear
To overcome this fear, you need to do the following:
Maintain a positive attitude and mindset
Learn about yourself
Understand the people around you
Practice the habit of forgiveness
Say what you feel (Be clear in your communication with anyone including your partner)
When it comes to relationships, usually the detachment in relationships happens because of some concern that a person is feeling and that their thinking cannot be in focus. The greater the degree of understanding and companionship to overcome this problem, the greater the chances of living healthy relationships, which are based on affection and not on lack or fear of losing. When you are aware of the feelings you both experience, you are most likely to live in peace and harmony.
Children are born without any means to defend themselves or face the world. Children are totally dependent upon their parents for love, acceptance, and shelter. Sometimes parents fail to provide the emotional, psychological, and physical shelter required for healthy children. This results in adults who are stuck in trauma-time who remain forever ruled by an inside force, the wounded inner child. In Africa where I come from, most parents beat, punish and maltreat their children in order to discipline them. Even worse they barely listen to them which traumatizes them from an early age and they grow up with a different mentality of what love and acceptance truly is.
The inner child is the part in your psyche that still retains its innocence, creativity, awe, and wonder toward life. Quite literally, your inner child is the child that lives within you – within your psyche that is. It is important that we stay connected with this sensitive part of ourselves. When we are connected to our inner child, we feel excited, invigorated, and inspired by life. When we are disconnected, we feel lethargic, bored, empty and unhappy.
Growing up, it is the emotional and biological responsibility of our parents and family members to create a safe environment for us. But not all parents accept that responsibility, are aware of that responsibility, or have the capacity to fulfill that responsibility.
Safety doesn’t just mean physically protecting us from harm, feeding us, or the other essentials. Safety also means supporting us on the emotional, psychological, and spiritual levels inherent to us as human beings.
The process of healing your wounded inner child is one of grief, of pain. Do you have a wounded inner child inside yourself? Every child faces emotional challenges that are key-points for their personality. Parents and family are fundamental to give emotional support to overcome those challenges and create an environment of safety and protection. Although each of us has some issues that come from unprocessed emotions as a child, and for that, we all have wounds, some of us need to pay close attention to this wounded inner child.
The traumas that come from childhood have a substantial impact on your daily life and future decisions, and most of the times, we have trouble recognizing them, making them even more critical. For example, someone can avoid meaningful relationships if the environment at home was of fight and incomprehension. In extreme situations, these wounds can compromise someone’s life.

Connect with your inner child
Start by thinking about your childhood, reflect about it. How was the environment at home? Did you feel safe? Did you feel a sense of belonging with your parents? Were you allowed to be your true self? How do you feel when you remember yourself as a child? Asked this to yourself and write down the answers and reflect about it.
Remember to take care of you, to be there for you, to take time for yourself.
Signs that you have a wounded inner child
There are some signs you need to pay close attention. If you identify many of these in your current life, remember that you need to do an effective work-related to your wounded inner child. These inside parts of ourselves have a significant impact on how we see ourselves and how we behave as adults. Some signs you have a wounded child might include that :
You feel there’s something wrong with you
You experience anxiety when you face something new
You want to please everyone around you
You experience the need to be in conflict
You feel inadequate
No achievement feels enough for you
You always criticize yourself
You are rigid and perfectionist
You struggle to say “no” and stand up for yourself
You have trusting issues
You never feel close to others.
Have a deep feeling that there is something wrong with you
Are a people-pleaser
Are a rebel and feel alive when in conflict with someone else
You are a hoarder
Are not able to let go of possessions and people
Experience anxiety with something new
Feel guilty for setting boundaries
Are driven to be a super-achiever
Are ridged and a perfectionist
Have problems starting and finishing tasks
Exhibit constant self-criticism
Feel ashamed at expressing emotions
Feel ashamed of your body
Have a deep distrust of anyone else
Avoid conflict, no matter what the cost
Have a deep-seated fear of abandonment.

Repeat supporting affirmations
I love you: some of us used to think we needed to achieve more to be enjoyed. Tell your inner child it’s loved no matter what.
I hear you: some adults don’t pay attention to what children say, what can deeply hurt someone’s feelings and never really feel they have something meaningful to share with the others. Don’t suppress your inner voice!
You didn’t deserve this: it’s easy to convince ourselves we needed to suffer, or we did something wrong, and that’s why bad things are happening. Change your mindset with these simple words.
I’m sorry: allow yourself to feel ok with the things you did and didn’t do, say sorry to yourself for all the times you pushed too much.
I forgive you: let go of the same and regrets.
Thank you: be thankful to your inner child for all the things you did, show gratitude.
You did your best: accept your failures and acknowledge you’ve always done the best of you.
You can create other affirmations or mantras that are important to you, more specific to the feelings you have to heal with your inner child. Be creative, be free and always positive!
Write a letter to your inner child
Writing a letter to your inner child will help you to organize your thoughts, but it will also strengthen all the things you have left to say. There is no formula; you can write whatever you feel you haven’t yet said and that will help with this relationship.
You can also write a letter from your inner child. Get in deep connection with it and let go and write down all the things that once you wanted to say, but you were not able to. It can be one of the most potent and releasing experiences of your life.
If needed, you can repeat both practices as many times as necessary until you feel your voice was finally heard, the one from now and the one from the child in you.
Do an inner child visualization or meditation
Search for mantras, meditation or visualization that can lead you towards meeting your inner child. You can do it with the help of a coach or therapist. Another option is that you record the steps with your voice and then listen.
Close your eyes
Imagine yourself walking to a place where you feel safe and enter that place
Give yourself some time to feel relaxed, safe and connected to this place
Walk around and let your inner child appear to you
Come close: What is your inner child’s face like? What are the emotions it expresses? What are the words said? – Give yourself time to communicate with it, make a question or listen to what is there to be said.
Give a hug to your inner child and be thankful for it to show to you and be able to reconnect.
Come back to where you were.
Talk to your adult self to ask for aid in grown-up decisions
Give rewards to yourself every day
Get plenty of sleep
Practice mindfulness to remain present
Tell yourself that you love you even if it feels awkward
Think about the good memories you had in childhood
Make new “good” memories and traditions
After finishing, try journaling your experience. Repeat it as many times as you like, allowing different aspects of this wounded inner child and your relation to come to light. This is a very powerful tool that helped me personally on my healing journey anc could be the turning point you need.
Remember to take care of you, to be there for you, to take time for yourself. Being your protector every day is a vital part if this process, and will allow your wounded inner child to feel safe as never before, because it will be no longer dependent on the others, but it knows it can truly rely on yourself.

Did you know that you are a multidimensional being? All humans are. Just as we also interdimensional beings. We exist in the first, second and third dimensions all the time, but we also extend into the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh dimensions and beyond that as we develop our higher mind and expand our consciousness.
Many people think of multi dimensional beings as beings that can move between dimensions, and they exist in a dimension outside of our own. They never comprehend the idea that we are capable of being multidimensional beings ourselves. Even those who claim to have the greatest understanding of multi, inter and extra-dimensional beings forget all too easily that the human mind is an amazing tool and can elevate us to greatness if we work and train it.
Whether we like it or not, entities are everywhere in the 4th dimensional field around us. If you’ve been drawn to read this post, then I imagine you have already experienced the challenges that having beings around you might bring.
It’s a bit of a taboo subject in western culture, one of those subjects where people are a bit concerned about being labelled as ‘crazy’ so I felt inclined to break the ice and bring a bit of light to the subject. There are 4 main types of Multidimensional Beings which are animals, guides, angels and Extraterrestrials ( ET ).
Animals are far more than meets the eyes. Most come from other areas of the universe and in a certain respect they are Extra Terrestrials incarnated on earth. The bodies they inhabit on their home planet may be completely different to their bodies here or may be very similar. As humans are involved in a reincarnation cycle on earth, each group of beings throughout the universe has there own reincarnation cycle. The beings of each cycle have a similar consciousness and have similar personalities. They are expressing a part of the creator simply by being themselves. All life is evolving to a certain extent and so as each group continues its incarnations it gradually changes and becomes more of itself. Individuals can incarnate into different cycles for a life and return to their cycle or even leave their cycle and join another one if they desire to do so but generally groups tend to stay together. The reason for this is that the individuals in a group all have a connection to the same being of higher consciousness. For example all humans have higher selves which have higher selves which have higher selves which eventually meet up with each other. We are in fact the expression of a huge being that incarnates through all of us. The same goes for other civilizations and groups of beings.
It is important here to understand that the animal’s spirit or higher self comes through its light body which like ours does not shine through with perfect clarity. Like us, animals have an astral body which incarnates through the etheric and physical bodies.
Animals may seem to be less evolved than humans but if you were to see them on their home planets and in their multidimensional bodies you may realize that they are in fact very advanced. They have incarnated here into bodies that are very restricted and very much controlled by the instincts of the lower self as we reside in the 3rd dimension where matter is extremely dense. Remember that it is only a small part of them that resides within the body and as the instincts take control of their body in most situations many conclude that they are of lower consciousness than us intelligent humans. This is an illusion which was important for our purposes on earth.
All animals resonate with vast beings of higher consciousness and are but a part of these beings incarnating into the third dimension. They have come here to help us with our purposes and are all beings of infinite love and light.
What further facilitates our capacity to more fully understand and, by so doing, more deeply experience inner-peace, is when we are able to acknowledge the possibility that the human race is made up of multi-dimensional beings at varying degrees of conscious evolution and spiritual awakening. Add to this the spiritual ‘bigger picture’ that we are all a part of The Divine Plan, where all is known, pre-determined, in support of the evolutionary journey of each Soul. (Note that free will is part of The Divine Plan, for all rivers (choices/lessons) lead to the same ocean (ultimate understanding). By resonating with these phenomena, we begin to consciously acknowledge the multi-levelled experience that is life on Earth, the multi layered experiences that accompany spiritual evolution and can thus begin to consciously acknowledge, recognize, integrate and embody the fact that we ourselves are indeed multi-dimensional beings.
Guides are usually other beings who have incarnated as humans before. They are just like us except they are not incarnated while they are your guide. They may or may not incarnate again on earth but generally they have incarnated at least once before. They are fit to help guide you because they know what it is like to be here and they are not currently incarnated. They are essentially residing in their light body in higher dimensions and so they have a much broader view of reality. They are not distorted by the astral body so they can communicate with many levels, beings and dimensions clearly and with ease.
They have agreed to help guide you from the other side for this life. They are in contact with your own higher self and they know your purpose for incarnating on earth. They know a lot about you and your future and will help in whatever way they can for your highest good. However they cannot help you if you do not want them to or if what you ask is against your higher self’s purpose. All beings in higher dimensions respect your free will and it is a rule that they may not impinge upon it. If you ask them to help you they will certainly do all that they can (as long as what you ask for is within your highest good).
Angels are from higher dimensions and do not incarnate into matter. They are like creator’s messengers and healers. They will always come when asked and help to heal you and send you love. As they come from higher dimensions of love and light they are unable to really feel and understand what it is to be human. They can send us love and healing and help to guide us through certain periods of life. They are essential when it comes to spiritual work as they send vital light and love to help heal our energy bodies, activate the Light body and repair its structures. Without their help spiritual transformation would be extremely slow if possible at all.
There are different types of angels with specific tasks. For example a certain group of angels play a huge role in pregnancy and birth. If you tune into a pregnant woman with your third eye you will see and feel a huge amount of gold light around her which is the light of these angels. Incarnation into matter is a very hard process for the incoming spirit and these angels are vital for the process.
In the last 20 years (during the age of Pisces) a huge number of angels and other beings have begun to help with our spiritual awakening and transformation. Prior to this it was far more difficult to make real progress as the energies needed to transform and activate our energy bodies were not here for us.
Through your daily meditation practices you will quickly become aware of the presence of angels around you and you will be able to connect with them and communicate at any time. They are truly amazing beings. There are also guardian angels assigned to every single one of us since birth and you can connect and communicatee with them when you get ready. Just say the word. They cannot interfere without your permission, because of our free will.
Extra Terrestrials are any beings incarnated in the 1st to the 9th dimension that come from a planet other than Earth. There is an amazing variety of life in this universe and the number of life forms is nothing short of miraculous. There are civilizations and cultures living on and within many planets all over the universe. They come in all shapes and sizes such as insect like giants, dolphins or other humanoid beings. In all of the 9 material dimensions there is a birth and death experience as a being incarnates into the life form and eventually leaves.
In higher dimensions it is not uncommon for beings to live for thousands of years or even hundreds of thousands. On these planets and in the dimensions inhabited by such long lived beings you would find places of amazing harmony and spiritual knowledge. To us these worlds would seem like heaven and in a sense they are. In fact compared to our lives on earth almost the entire universe is heaven from a dualistic point of view.
It is quite possible for humans to incarnate on other planets in between lives on earth. It is also possible for ETs to incarnate here for a life and this has occurred many times throughout history. However there is a group of beings who make up the human race and these are the ones who make up the vast majority of people here.
Some people who have recently incarnated on other planets may have strange memories of such a place and know very well that it was another planet. They may be able to telepathically connect with beings from the other planet or may be visited in dreams by these beings. It is not just the angels and guides that are helping us but also many ETs from many different planets and dimensions. The connections formed through a few of us having lives on other planets were to help ground some of the forces from various planets and dimensions onto earth.
There are many ETs around the earth at the moment in various spaceships and the like. Many are in higher dimensions and so cannot be seen but there are also ships that can become third dimensional. These ETs are mostly here to help us to shift into the 4th dimension and to see what has been happening here. We have been involved in something never tried before and the results will affect the entire universe. So we have aliens all around us and many of you will have connections with certain groups. These groups are here to help us and use what they know about healing to help heal our subtle bodies. During meditation and sleep you may be visited by various ETs, they will help heal you and speed up your spiritual transformation.
All beings are multidimensional including humans. Our problem is that we have forgotten our multidimensional nature and have been disconnected from much of ourselves.
Whether you know it or not, you are a multidimensional being of staggering proportions. You are more than meets the eye, much more — more than your body, more than your soul, in fact, you are an integral part of the Universe. If you read my post on What is the Spirit, soul and body? You would understand that you are part of the composite consciousness that is the Universe and beyond! You are actually present on many levels of reality simultaneously and more powerful than you have ever imagined. Are you ready to expand your concept of selfhood to include higher selves, other/parallel selves, and probable selves? If so then, let’s dive in!
We are all multidimensional beings, crossing the dimensions at will and unknowingly. The higher your vibrations and natural positivity, the higher dimension you are dwelling upon.
So the topic of multidimensionality or the word “multidimensionality” is a little bit of a fuzzy one to the person who is not fully familiar with the term. It is almost like the term the universe -what does the universe even mean? So we will attempt to explain it with a little bit more precision.
A human being in your focused frequency, in your now, is doing many things at one moment.
To be multidimensional is to have your reality focused in multiple dimensions at one time.
That might seem a little wild to you, a little “Back to the Future” for you to realize that you might be in several different dimensions at one time, but we would say to you, you are now in many familiar dimensions. Literally!
In other words, as you sit reading this material, you are a cellular being. Your heart is beating. Your breath is moving through your body. Your food is digesting, or your stomach is crying out for more food. Your brain is sending synapses through your body. Your hair is growing. Your nails are growing. Your bug bites are itching, or you are hearing sounds that the brain is processing as background noise. Your eyes are reading the lines of this. You are recalling memories or associative images from reading this material. You are swallowing perhaps, or you are thinking about what will come after reading this material and we would say to you that all of this is happening in your now and in multiple layers which we are calling dimensions.
It may be a little bit of a foreign concept to consider being hungry as a different dimension from processing and reading material, but it is. Because dimension is simply a place of energy; a focusing of energy that results in a reality or a world of recognizable focus.
In the same way that your body is creating all these levels of processing – as well as the brain and the personality – understanding what abilities and what focus it exists as, we would say to you that non-physically you are souls – you are in a soul organization and you are also your version of your focused frequency.
You understand yourself as that person with a particular birthday, with a particular focus on today’s date, but there is also all the other versions of you that exist from your birthday to the present now.
So we can go broader and broader and broader in our examples of multidimensionality in the sense that we are simply just speaking initially of you from your birthday and every energetic deviation of that.
Our states fluctuate constantly from one dimension to the other, being in several dimensions at the same time. Very often we live in several dimensions at the same time. However, most of us at the present time are mostly in the vibrations of fear and anxiety, which results in being mostly in the lower 3d vibrations for most of the waking state. Hence why you should always work on raising your vibration.
In order to break the cycle of fear and lower density, regular moments of coming back to oneself is needed throughout the day, especially morning and night time. The best time to cross across the magic of dimensions is at sunset and sun dawn, when the Earth’s own transitions and cycles help us travel through the dimensional veils.
Try this small physical exercise. Sit or stand in a safe place, and just experience your feet on Mother Earth, your weight, your breath. ( The power and benefits of grounding) Listen to your body guiding you in the places it needs attention, listen to your feelings and emotions, even the one that you have no desire to admit to. Just experience your self-be. Let go of negative imagination, let go of the 3D dimension and allow yourself to dip into the higher dimensions.
Humans are multidimensional beings composed of many parts and with connections to many dimensions. The human as well as the Universe are far more complex than scientists would have you believe. As physics is the science of the physical realm and its laws and functions, Metaphysics is the science of all realms, their laws and functions. From a Metaphysical viewpoint the physical world that we see before us is the third dimension.
There are other physical dimensions ranging from the 1st to the 9th dimensions and then many more above the 9th which are not so much physical dimensions but dimensions of consciousness and many dimensions below the first which are dimensions of material. The material in these lowest dimensions is in a state of fertile chaos and is yet to be formed into physicality.
The lowest dimension and the highest are actually one and the same. At the deepest level of reality called the Ultimate Reality or the Absolute where all is one, before any differentiation, the two forces meet and truly are One. This state is often referred to as the void, as it has no form and no movement, just perfect balance. All of creation is contained within this void in a dormant state. From the Ultimate reality the first differentiation between active and passive forces occurs, creating consciousness (the active or Yang/Male side of creation) and material (the passive or yin/female side of creation). From these two differentiations of the absolute everything is created.
Matter has been formed by Consciousness into certain frequencies of vibration. For instance the 9th dimensional material vibrates at a much faster rate than the 2nd. The slower the vibration of the matter, the more dense the physicality of the dimension will be. As consciousness vibrates very fast it is much harder for it to incarnate into the lower dimensions and it has less control of the physical substance there. In the Third Dimension we need to eat food and drink water to gain energy for our physical bodies’ survival and hence the need for the food chain. In some higher dimensions, energy and sustenance for the physical body can be obtained directly from the atmosphere. The 9 dimensions are separated from one another by certain structures of energy but physically they can be in the same place. For example the earth has an expression of itself in each dimension. These different dimensional expressions of earth are all in the same place and are all a part of the same earth.
A multi-dimensional being could go to and explore Earth in all of the dimensions but humans can only see and explore her third dimensional aspect because we have a third dimensional body.
You could experience these other levels while in your physical body by cultivating your subtle perception. If you could raise our body’s vibration to a high enough level we could then enter the fourth dimension and explore there. Although the Dimension’s are somewhat separate, they do interact and are all vital for each other. It’s like a tower, without the foundations you cannot have a first level and without the first level you cannot have the second. So the dimensions are places where being’s can incarnate into matter and live a life in the particular dimension that the chosen body is made for.
Many Extra-Terrestrial’s have bodies that can move through dimensions such as between the 4th to the sixth. The fifth would be this ET’s natural resting place but they have the ability to densify or lighten their body to move up or down to the 6th or 4th dimensions at will. Because a being is able to move between dimensions does not mean they are more evolved than a human. Their body is certainly more versatile and can do many amazing things that a human cannot but this is due to their incarnation into a multi-dimensional body.
The human is a being of consciousness which transcends all dimensions and who has incarnated into a human body for a short period of time. It’s next incarnation may be here again or in a much higher dimension or a lower one or maybe it will not incarnate again. The point here is that higher dimension does not mean better, it is just a different place to incarnate and leads to different experiences.
The variety of beings out there which you will become aware of through awakening your third eye (a.k.a your first eye or your mind’s eye) and spiritual transformation is truly amazing. From nature spirits to angels to Extraterrestrials to huge beings maintaining the dimensions to the tiny beings in particles, there are beings everywhere. An explanation of the infinite variety of beings in existence is beyond the scope of any book as it is truly infinite. By awakening your spiritual senses, you will inevitably become aware of many different beings and you will be able to communicate directly with them.
The communication used is telepathic although sometimes you may actually hear words. Generally, telepathy involves the transmission of feelings which the receiver can then put into words much like a translation. There will always be information lost in translation just like when trying to explain to someone an experience you have had. Can they ever really know how you felt by your description alone? Can you know the taste of a piece of fruit by a description? You may get some idea but you can never know until you taste it. Indeed even with friends, loved ones and others here on earth telepathic communication could rid the world of so many misunderstandings.
When communicating with beings in other dimensions it is sometimes a good idea to save the translation for later. While communicating simply use the means available and wait until the end to try to put things into words. Telepathy and inter-dimensional communication is based on feelings. The reason most cannot communicate in this way is that they are not in touch with their feelings.
There are some beings that are working with humans here on earth who are helping with our spiritual transformation. These include Guides, Angels and Extra-Terrestrials. There are other multidimensional beings that can and do interact with us such as Animals, but these are the main ones that you will be in contact with and who will be helping with your spiritual awakening and self development. For this reason I will give a brief description of these beings in my next post.
Life on our planet, as we know it, depends on light. Light creates life and if it were not for the sun’s energy, life on our planet would cease to be. It makes sense then, as instruments are developed to harness the color light spectrum, that our body would respond in healing ways to this exposure(such as infrared, light therapy sauna treatments etc.)
When colors enter the body as light, they have an effect on the health of our brain, organs and body systems. Different colors are powerful and able to not only stimulate different parts of the body and the mind but heal them completely. These practices have existed since the ancient times in Egypt and Asia.
The rainbow has long since been a promise of hope and love for inhabitants of planet earth. These auspicious moments afford us the unique opportunity to observe the color spectrum of light that encircles us at all times. While the rainbow of color can only be observed with our eyes under particular conditions of moisture occurring simultaneously with the sun’s luminosity, in reality, this spectrum of color bathes and serenades us in its beauty at all times.
Chromotherapy or Color Therapy Healing is the practice that uses the 7 colors of the spectrum to improve our mental well-being and the health of our bodies. The 7 colors (of the rainbow as discussed in COLORS AND SPIRITUALITY) have the ability to affect the vibrations of the body in the frequencies that affect health, welfare and harmony.
So how does color therapy work?
Well, in exactly the same way that different frequencies of sound energy are musical pitches, so are colors different frequencies of visible light energy.
As you already know, each cell, organ, and body system has its own distinct frequency. When disease strikes, that frequency is altered. But it can be easily corrected by applying the original healthy frequency in the form of colored light.
Chromotherapy, or color light therapy, is a holistic and non-invasive treatment that can bring health and balance to your body and mind. Specialists and healers know that the vibrations of colors in these therapy sessions improve the overall health, since colors adjust body vibrations to frequencies that result in balance and harmony.
Each color possesses frequencies of a specific vibration, and each vibration is related to different physical symptoms. So, how does it work and which are the colors of the color spectrum that treat specific body areas?

Keep in mind that your color therapy session and the shades of colors used will vary depending on the type of ailment that you are trying to correct.
Color therapy for the body
Color therapy works on various energy points to help balance your body via the full spectrum of visible light, each color addressing a distinct need.
When used for healing the body, Chromotherapy utilizes colors based on their electrical and heating properties. Some colors actually cool and soothe the nerves while some can excite or heat the blood. So, in this sense reddish colors, in color therapy, are used to stimulate and increase the action of arterial blood.
Yellow sunlight, for example, can be enhanced through yellow glass to help treat patients suffering from chronic bronchial irritation and colds. Drinking water stored in yellow wine bottles is known to help treat severe constipation.
Blue and violet colors have cooling and electrical properties. Blue light color therapy helps with sciatica and even complex case of lung haemorrhage. Blue and white used together in chromotherapy helps to treat rheumatism or nervousness.

An overview of colors used in Chromotherapy
We all know that light is composed of colors. This is, light can actually be broken down into a seven color spectrum: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.
As one of the most ancient healing therapies that have been used in several parts of the world – since color therapy possibly has roots in Indian medicine, ancient Egyptian culture and traditional Chinese healing – alternative medicine practitioners that work with Chromotherapy often relate the seven colors of the color spectrum to specific body areas, namely:
Red is believed to increase the pulse, raise blood pressure and increase the rate of breathing. Red would be applied to support circulatory and nervous functions.
This color acts as a cleanser, strengthening veins and arteries.
Pink activates and eliminates impurities in the blood stream.
As a mixture of red and yellow, orange activates and eliminates localized fat. Assists with asthma and bronchitis.

Indigo is used to address conditions involving the eyes, ears and nose. It has a calming, sedative effect.
This color is used to calm the nervous system, soothe organs and relax muscles. Violet has very calm & meditative characteristics which is often used to treat conditions of the lymphatic system and spleen, as well as urinary disorders and psychosis.
The colors according to the rainbow, the chakras, the aura are all the same and are used in that manner, corresponding to the disease and the connecting chakra as seen below.
Color holds power. It can affect and alter our decisions, moods, behaviors and even our emotions. When you focus on a specific color, or it’s overwhelming light in your field of vision, this can influence your energy vibrations.
Of course, you see a lot of color all the time, so it doesn’t mean that every single color you see will have an effect on you. Instead, it’s really about your focus.
Why are we attracted to specific colors and what do they spiritually mean?
Each human body, even though it is an aggregate of many vibrations and radiations of the energies of the cosmic, has its own specific frequency and vibration. Just as the tuning fork has its natural vibratory state, that is, a rare vibration to which it resonates and responds particularly and white constitutes its pitch, so does your body. This particular vibratory rate, which we all have, correspond to some hue of color in the vast spectrum of colors.
Each of us as a vibrating unit of matter in this universal cell of existence has a natural color value which is our individual color.
When you select a color that you like, or one that harmonizes with our inner self in this manner, you are really fitting into the great cosmic spectrum in the same manner that the bands in the spectrum of light are all in proper order and relationship, making for a harmonious whole which manifests as personal satisfaction and imperturbability.
Color is a micro-consciousness like our senses of taste and smell, color helps us to understand the world around us. While it gives us elementary survival skills, allowing us to appreciate everything from the beauty of the rainbow , to the aesthetic pleasure of painting, color also enriches our lives.
THE RAINBOW 🌈 SPECTRUM OF LIGHT
Rainbows are part of the myths of many cultures all over the world . Rainbows are often portrayed as omens, sometimes as bridges between people and supernatural beings. The shape of a rainbow also resembles the bow of an archer.
A rainbow shows up as a spectrum of light, a band or familiar colors that includes red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet. White light is how our eyes perceive all the colors of the Twinkie mixed together. Sunlight seems white but when the sunlight hits a rain droplet, some of the light is reflected.
However, anytime you see a rainbow, it is usually a positive symbol.
The hertz vibration of the planet is now rising as well as everything on, in and around it. We are now able to perceive new colors that we have not seen before. Notice the light as it reflects off the bark and leaves of trees and of the soil, notice the color of the sky. Colors are becoming richer and deeper, and many new colors are making themselves available to our perception.
The new colors are not so new. They are the in between colors and the paper colors or the rainbow palette.

Black absorbs and hides and creates confusion and chaos, new beginnings, knowledge of hidden things, is the container of light, one of the most powerful color. Use black for the self-control, time and patience. Black is also a good color to use to bring discord and confusion within the enemy. It can also be used for protection, wrap negative energy, breaking barriers and blocks, reverse and destroy negative thought forms. It ‘s better if applied to others. Black controls the base chakra, the planet Saturn, the earth element and the original religions, it means new beginning. Satanic alchemy, black represents the step into the void of meditation and transformation.
Truth, wisdom, protection, peace of mind, loyalty, occult power and expansion. Jupiter is the color royal blue. Fortunately, expansion, abundance, long journeys, higher education, legal issues, taxes (use together with the green), investments, foundations, prosperity, and opportunity. Spiritually, summon demons, healing, inspiration, devotion, serenity, sincerity and truth, faith, inner peace, knowledge and wisdom, harmony in the home, occult power and expansion. Blue can also be used in spells, when the color is applied to the other and directed to incite depression, sadness, helplessness, lack of sympathy, coldness and be gloomy. The blue chakra controls the throat. The blue and the water element.
Great luck, intuition, understanding, divination, fast luck, financial benefits (I think that gold will attract more money – to use the green with golden reflections for meditation on money). Gold is used for healing, happiness, authority, reputation, honor, and personal power. Use the gold to the trust, fame, success in the game, please, make sure popularity / charisma, improve health and vitality, healing, protection, success, and magical power. Gold is one of the most powerful color. Satan has a golden aura. Gold is the color of the Sun and the element fire. Satanic alchemy, gold represents perfection of the soul. Both the colors gold and white gold are seen everywhere in the hieroglyphs of ancient Egypt, temples and pyramids. Gold is the color of wealth and power.
Money, fertility, wealth, material gain, health, healing, communication with the spirits of nature, anti-inflammatory. Venus is green – love. Making love (fond, red is for lust and sex), fidelity, reconciliation, beauty, youth, friendship, attraction, harmony, financial gain, increase the gain, social functions, possessions, wealth, indulgence, pleasure. Great for the beginning and growth. Venus is the master at Green – abundance, fertility, success, happiness in general, harmony, immortality, generosity, material gain, renewal, marriage, balancing and healing. Green can also be used to incite jealousy, greed, suspicion, resentment, illness, disorder, disharmony when applied to others and direct. Green is the color of the heart chakra.

Indigo is the quintessential element / ether / spirit. Indigo governs the third eye, along with the colors silver and white, and the sixth chakra.

Yellow is the color of intellect, computers, communication, audio, video, TV, electronics, books, and literature. Yellow rules the solar chakra of will. Day by day, what you choose, what you think and what you do is who you become. Choose intentionally and develop the habit of using colors to your advantage because whether you do it or not it’s being used to program and reprogram you consciously and subconsciously.
I’ve discovered that the difference between success and failure is giving and receiving. Everything is transactional. Just like the stock market, forex exchange etc. You decide how much you want to invest and know exactly how much you’re receiving. If you want to achieve anything, you have to be specific of how much you’re willing to sacrifice and there are two things involved here :
1. Acceptance- What ever it takes requires accepting the facts, the possibility. You have to be willing to let go of control and accept what is on the table. Accepting is a two way street. It is letting go and also being in control at the same time.
2. Believe — As the word says “be- live. What does it mean to be-lieve? Believing simply means knowing and accepting. It is unwise to do something you know nothing of isn’t it ? You have to first believe it is possible! This requires GUTS. You have to be courageous and as you know it is a risk. You cannot achieve something you don’t believe is possible. It’s common sense.
When you get to realize that success is a trade and you have to give to get. Then the next question is how bad do you want it ?
Are you willing to go all the way ? To give your all or nothing ? Or do you have fears and doubts that it might not work due to previous experiences, self sabotage, or even fear of actually accomplishing it? These are all forms of control and success doesn’t like control. It likes flow.. surrender.
Take a look at the most successful people you know, or observe, they usually are people that just do whatever they want, dress however they choose, wear whatever they want, and everyone adores their principles. They are mostly school dropouts ( remember you can only drop out of school if you are courageous ). Fearful people will be scared to even dare to miss tests and exams because they are followers not leaders who can do whatever they want. But guess what? Society teaches the opposite. You have to follow the rules to be successful. Whose rules by the way ? “The successful people’s rules”. Isn’t that ridiculous?
You are all that there is. There are billions of cells everyday in your body that are working non stop to keep your digestive, respiratory, reproductive, nervous and all other systems in you alive and healthy. What does that make you ? A boss ! You are the boss of your life. Choose yourself ! Give your all or nothing so that the cells working tirelessly without pay inside you will be more than excited to work even better because you will be making them happy.
Time waits for no one. We don’t have much time left so don’t waste it.Be picky how you spend your time. Be mindful who you invest your time in. Remember, wasted time is worse than wasted money. You can recover money, but once time is wasted. It’s gone ! That time becomes lost forever.
Give it all that you’ve got. Place a bet on yourself. Go all or nothing. Because it’s either you’re alive or dead. There is no in between. Invest your all into your happiness. It’s the best decision you will ever make in this lifetime.
Imagine a life where all the decisions are intentionally made by you. So you’re fully aware of the consequences of your actions and not because it’s a rule made by your fellow human being of equal organs in their body just as you. That is the life you deserve. Think deeply about all the times you could have done something different but didn’t because of rules”, laws etc. Not encouraging you to go breaking laws. But inviting you to begin making decisions that are self thought, self conscious, self dependent and transform your entire existence.
Wake up from the spell you’ve been under and claim your power back. It’s time to grow some balls! Give it your all or if you rather, give it your nothing. The choice is yours.
It took for me to loose my past identity and everything i thought i had wanted, to awaken to the FACT that what will be, will be. The most recurring commentary i kept thinking was some version of “this isn’t how it was supposed to happen.” I had achieved so much so early in life, lost too much and worked so hard. I should have been wealthy, successful, happy. Instead, I was a mess.
When I stopped fighting with my situation, my scope and options for positive action became crystal clear, and at that point I had a revelation and this was, there is only one thing I’m in full control of – The little space in life that I actually could control—me. I realized i am all i ‘CAN‘ control.
Letting go is a practice, requiring discipline, focus, and embracing open vulnerability as a path to strength rather than shame. It takes time to get good at it, and there is no room for perfectionism.
A key element of letting go is recognizing the presence of what might be called a pathological need. Many times pathological needs stem from traumatic experiences, efforts to negate or undo childhood maltreatment or deprivation.
In many cases, pathological needs stem from unhealthy narcissistic adaptations to unresolved developmental experiences with caregivers who did not meet basic needs required to develop a secure sense of self.
Sometimes it takes real effort to do nothing and simply be in the experience. Especially because most of us want control, and we feel the need to be in charge of every aspect of our lives, especially at junctures when we perceive that our present circumstances are under the threat of change.
When there is nothing to do, do nothing.
The Daoists have a name for this: wu-wei. Wu-wei is non-doing. Action through inaction. The Dao De Ching suggests, “Through nonaction nothing is left undone.”
When we do this, we’re truly living in the present. And we open up the scope for lasting and transformational change, secure in the knowledge that our journey is as individual as we are and that whatever comes next is meant to be.
We start to appreciate the moment in front of us, fully. There is something immensely awesome about the moment in front of us, if we stop trying to change it, trying to control it, trying to have it conform to our idea of how things should be. Just as it is, it’s worthy of our appreciation, gratitude, love.
There is power in letting go. It’s a form of release and self trust. It creates a bond that’s basically unexplainable.
Surrendering is giving up control and this is something I am now becoming good at doing. Have you ever had to try so hard to make something work and it just wouldn’t ? It feels like something is tying up your mind and you can’t break loose. It is absolutely devastating. It’s a control problem.
When you surrender and let things be, you feel more relaxed and you become the observer. You are only able to do this when you realize you are not always in control and this is a form of enlightenment itself.
“Surrender to what is. Say ‘yes’ to life and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.” ~Eckhart Tolle
The ability to surrender is a gift not everyone has access to, especially Narcissists. For instance, a Narcissist wouldn’t be able to not be in power, they become sick and irritating. It becomes hell for them. Their power is in the ability to be obsessed and possessive over their preys which most of the time are empaths. This is a dynamic that exists not only individually, but societally, in relationships, religion itself is narcissistic not to talk of globally.
That aura of negativity or hopelessness that comes with a failure to surrender is, to be blunt, a real turn off for most people. If you want to be the change you want to see in this world and inspire others to a cause, the angry warrior type is probably not going to work.
Maya Angelou once said, “What you’re supposed to do when you don’t like a thing is change it. If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it. Don’t complain.” If you’re still complaining or not accepting the reality, how can you change that reality? You’re probably still stuck in the complaining phase.
We are now in the season of Aquarius ♒️ which is all about freedom. It is a season of surrendering. Power has exchanged hands, there is change in the air. Esoterically, the rivers are beginning to unclog and flow. Everything and everyone will begin seeing things for what they are. This will be a period of huge revelations when things become revealed, the shadow disappears and everything comes to light. It’s best to Surrender and let go. What is meant to be, will. You have no control over it.
The real secret key to surrendering or lettinggo is an art of allowing. A non-attached relationship is healthy, strong and filled with effortless love, compassion and kindness. Once we let go and enter a compassionate personal space, everything else is re-contextualized. When you surrender, you interrupt the emotional feedback loop, it’s just like turning down the volume or clicking mute stops feedback on a video call. This changes everything!
Surrender sounds lame to many people, or perhaps scary. It’s the opposite of what we are constantly trying to do — we are always seeking control, because we don’t like uncertainty.
Personally, nowadays, I can’t say that I immediately accept all that comes my way, but my willingness to surrender to life is a priority, it certainly makes the journey more joyful. And, when you have joy, you are more likely to achieve the end you seek, or better yet, find peace in the journey regardless of the destination.
True inner peace and power actually starts when you let go and surrender. Remember, tomorrow never comes. the time is now .
If you thought that life’s tests were over when you finished school, guess again. There are so many tests in life, and they can be much more difficult than biology or physics. And there isn’t that much homework we can do to prepare for these kinds of tests, either. When we pass life’s tests, we discover that we do have that inner strength after all.
In school you are taught a lesson and given a test, in life you are given a test and taught a lesson.
Have you ever wondered what the purpose of your life is? Common answers are “happiness,” financial success”, true ❤ or “satisfaction.” While these are all worthwhile goals, I say the purpose of your life is to face head on, every challenge, every test, as a chance for you to become the person you are meant to be. Life is a test for you to be and become your best and highest self.
When you face the tests of life, learn from them and grow with them, you become that person. The tests of life require you to call on the inner resources residing deep inside you.
In life you are given a test that teaches you a lesson and it turns out to be that everyday is a TEST. Every moment there is a new challenge, ( which is always an opportunity).
In my local language we say “ problem no dey finish”, which means there is always something else after this. We have to find our way in the world, and all along we face tests of physical illness, mental troubles, financial reversals, unfulfilled expectations, and loss.
Life is indeed a test of many things, our faith & faithlessness, our convictions & priorities, our endurance & patience, and in the very end, our ultimate desires.
The way of a true spiritual life actually begins where we are now in the mess of our lives.
We’ve lost touch with our souls. We’ve been nourishing our minds, our relational skills, our theological knowledge, our psychological well-being, our physiological health… but we’ve abandoned our souls. ‘Mike Yaconelli.’

You have the power to create a reality that excites you on every level. Through your intentions you can land your dream relationship, travel to places you thought you’d never go, and live a life that at one point may have felt out of reach. The possibilities are endless. But it’s not the intention alone that brews this seemingly magical power.
Intention is internal ( yin ) while attention is external (yang). Just another choice of words for Yin and yang. Intentions and goals are different. Intention is like a theme and goals are the ways to achieve that intention. For example, the intention can be to stay fit and healthy, the goal can be to run a 5 kilometre distance within half an hour daily.
An intention is the budding flower given life by all of the underlying thoughts, words, and actions in the rich soil below the surface. The attention is the energy and focus extended externally.
So, how do you start your regular day? Do you wake up with or without a goal or set specific intentions? For me, everyday is a new page, a new script. I set new intentions every single day. Sometimes the same intention for some days and I “pay attention” to the same thing by taking action.
If you have not been successful in manifesting what you want, then try and re-examine your intention. Sometimes double checking to ensure your intentions are correctly created can bring the results you desire.
Everything that happens in the universe begins with intention. When I decide to buy a birthday present, shake my legs , or call a friend, it all starts with intention.
WHAT IS INTENTION?
Intention is probably one of the most essential parts of healing, abundance, manifestation, personal and spiritual development. Your intention is a large determinator of any success or failure you experience. Intention is the blueprint of your experiences and the reality you create. The right intention and, more importantly, being aware of the intentions you are setting, is very essential.
WHAT IS ATTENTION?
Attentionis defined as the act of concentrating and keeping one’s mind focused on something. However, alertness is the initial step in the attention process. If we are going to do something, or listen to someone, the first thing that we need is to feel alert. In other words, we need to feel like our battery is charged, like our brains have energy. Just the way our bodies need physical energy if we are going to run, our brains need mental energy if we are going to think.
Your intention and attention is the yin and yang. The internal and external. The very essence of life. While, Attentionis awareness of the here and now in a focal and perceptive way. Paying attention is the first step in the learning and growth process.
In order to manifest anything at all,you must set an intention and focus your energy (pay attention) to that in order to bring it to life.

Ever wondered why they say the “Truth is bitter”? Well, it is bitter because it is straightforward, direct, and doesn’t always feel or taste good. Just as certain kinds of food or drinks, maybe teas taste quite awful but are very good for your health. In fact, most medicines are usually bitter. See where I’m going with this ?
We have grown and outgrown so many things internally and externally as we evolve on this planet as a specie over the centuries but one thing that has been the same since the beginning of time is the bitter taste of the truth and why people dislike or find it difficult to identify it.
Tell yourself the truth. If you need to yell at yourself to get the message do it, if you need to scream or shout or cry. Do it. Just freaking do it. Get your butt( your buts) out of the way. Stop making excuses. Sitting on your butt, feeling sorry for yourself will not save or change your life and situation. You have to get up, face your shit and get out of your own way with your words and daily attitude.
You know why it’s important to get out of your way?
No one will save you. Unfortunately. It’s not anyone’s duty but yours, you have to master yourself and learn to not look outside of yourself otherwise you’ll keep being disappointed or worse distracted. Remember, tomorrow never comes plus everyone and everything is a distraction. You come first. Your priority is YOU. Yes YOU!. Your physical, mental and emotional health comes first. So in order to be a better person, irregardless of what you might have going on for you, You have to separate the beans from the shaft. Although, it may seem shaky at first, you have to keep moving. You are never alone. Keep trying. Your story may be the motivation someone out there needs. Don’t stop. You are more than capable and this is what you signed up for.
You must get out of your head and get your butt out of the way. This is how you become the highest and best version you can be.
We live in a world of control. A world that requires push and pull, as in, it requires gravity to exist. It’s no wonder why we are always at war with ourselves. However, we must learn to be in control of ourselves, what concerns us, what matters to us in our everyday lifestyle, not just personally, but environmentally, universally.
We must learn to find balance in the chaos, no matter how overwhelmed you might be. The fact is, you have every reason to be here right now and if you are reading this right now , and it happens to be that you find yourself confused, doubting, or listening to that criticizing voice in your head, critiquing your life, telling you what you can and cannot say or do, you have the power to transform the energy to love. No matter what you may be experiencing, do not judge yourself. It’s happening for a reason plus that is not your duty, it’s not your responsibility. Your responsibility is, to “Do as you may in alignment with your conscience” and let the rest play out.
Stop criticizing yourself. Choose self love. If you love yourself, others will love you, if you judge and criticize yourself, others will judge and criticize you. It is what it is. You should know that whenever you judge yourself, you insert fear into your aura and that lowers your vibration, your battery life, your electro magnetic voltage. Look at it like a phone fully charged, and the more you interact with the phone the battery life reduces, for instance, fear would be like an app, Instagram or maybe a game you’re used to playing on the phone, your battery weakens way faster because of the amount of energy the app has and the time you spend on it. Your daily energy and lifespan increases or reduces based on what you do every day. So, be nice to yourself, be kind, practice self love instead of self judgement.
As it turns out, there are so many different things happening in our society today, distracting, upsetting and emotionally controlling people. As a result, anxiety, depression, fear, self doubt, criticism, self judgment and different types mental issues gradually begin to flood in.. It is your duty to be responsible for what you think, eat and do because you are a part of the universe, a part of the whole and if you do your duty, others will do theirs and on and on.. Then, in little or no time the world will become light again, even better than we have imagined. It will be the change we’ve been collectively working on.

Most of us experience continuous chatter in our minds. We have so many countless thoughts about the future, the past, or judgments about what is, which just seems to flow through our minds as if in a neverending stream.
Remember, time is now and your mind is a very powerful machine that can be used to build and also to destroy. Your mind works both clockwise and anticlockwise. You’re able to dwell in the past just the same way you fantasize about the future and this creates continuous chatter in your mind.
This chatter, has it’s consequences and disadvantages. The main one is that we are continuously distracted from what’s actually going on in the present moment. In other words, we tend to experience life through our thoughts rather than through direct experience.
When you are present with yourself, you begin a new story. You create a new reality. You are creating in the now. The highest reality is THE GIFT OF THE PRESENT MOMENT.
Everyday is a gift, a present. Open it up and live it.
When you refuse to open up yourself and live in the now, overthinking, worry, anxiety, depression and many other low vibrations find a new home through a hole in your aura to gladly enter.
We live in a mental world. So it requires a bit of discipline to live in the now and a lot of love and gratitude. If I were you, I’ld choose right now because it is all you are certain of.
Every thing you might have or had or want is either in the past or in the future. They are imaginary (the mentality ie, it’s all in the head). It is not present, not now. The now is the present moment. The present reality.
Where are you mentally now?
Do you know where you are emotionally now?
What about as an evolving being right now?

Whether you’re aware or asleep, the time is now. Our planet has been split. A reset has occurred in the sky. Do you remember “As above so below”, well, it’s time to get ready for the “below” aka the reset, changes that will begin to happen on earth from all around the world.
A reset, is simply a do- over, more so start afresh. It is a Death and a rebirth at the same time. Think about it like rebooting your computer after a virus.
Everything that happens energetically/spiritually must happen physically as they are one and the same. The great reset, the rebirth, the beginning of a new dawn is here. Can you feel it in the air ? Jupiter and Saturn conjuncting at 0 degrees signifies a major restart button has been hit. People will begin to wake up, feeling different, stronger, fearless, joyful, carefree, collaborative,creative ,imaginative etc . On the dark side, a lot of people will be entering a new phase of a very long shadow work, self development and healing journey, government would do the extreme to hold their ground ( aka the old world ) which could lead to extremities, companies and industries coming together or crashing out of the blue, vaccines being made mandatory etc due to the vastness of the reset.
Everything is filtered through multi-layers. Like levels of coding for a game , the layers go deep. As you begin to become aware, you might get either really pissed or very very sad depending on your empathic battery life. No matter what level you are on spiritually, there are times where you feel like you’re the only one experiencing all that wisdom and downloads and knowledge, I assure you, you’re not the only one. There are many others out there who do not feel comfortable enough to share their truth, one way or the other we all go phases of awakening during our journey in this passage called life.
Would you rather wait till the next great conjunction or your next life to align with the truth of who and what you are ?
The world has begun its new regime. New air, new species, renewed vibration which I’m feeling to be distinctly different from what we’ve experienced the last decade. A woman is only pregnant for a period of time, eventually she delivers herself an offspring. Likewise, Mother Earth has been pregnant for quite some time now, going through hard labor, pains, and even malnutrition just as women have been ridiculed, Stepped on, trashed, maltreated and so on. They’ve been non- existent for a very long time in our 3D reality. Forgetting they are the reason we all exist. They are one in the same . Harmony is the answer.
We tend to forget the space we are currently holding is a feminine space. We are in the womb, the belly of the beast and the beast is ready to be out of the womb. As a divine feminine, I can feel it in the air already. The smell, the energy, the moods, the vibe..This is a very beautiful being we’re all consciously co-creating right now on the planet. It might take a minute to be very clear to the masses , however, the land must be cleansed for the baby to pop out. I.e We might be seeing many deaths, experiencing the extreme lows, maybe natural disasters, National drama and collective disagreements but that’s only to usher in the fruit of the womb, the new world, new type of leaders, creative and very innovative people teaming up,etc .. (Think of it as in “No pain no gain”.)
As I had written on my last post, The sky is falling, there are very serious wars going on in the sky, ships are clashing, fighting, collapsing, all on your behalf, the ancestors are doing what they do best, just as down below, authorities are being exposed, revealing the truths, on the bright side, this is enlightening the people, You are beginning to pay attention to your surroundings, your upbringings and your mindsets. Thing is, You have to decide where you belong. There or here ?, Nothing is predestined.Everything changes. This is the time to prepare and trust in nothing but yourself. The illusion is becoming very clear and the spell magicians are being exposed. When else will there be a better time for you to be your own magic?
The time is now. Embrace your demons as you embrace your angels. You’ll be needing them as one. Align with yourself as the stars and planets align for the greatest conjunction we’ve had in a very very longtime. Ignorance is the most expensive gift of mankind.
When was the last time you got yourself very well relaxed and just stared up at the sky. Ever heard the saying the sky is the limit ? Well, I choose to say the sky is the starting point. When you look up during the day what do you see ? The sun, maybe the moon sometimes ( early in the day ), clouds, planes etc. At night, you could see stars, planets, constellations, the moon etc.
In our 3D reality( the matrix), the sky is full of Stars ie, the celebrities, politicians, billionaires, industry rulers, government, pastors, prophets, etc. You look up to these people, as your role models, your, idols, Gods and goddesses. You listen to their directions, wish to be like them, hopelessly copy their style or swag, their words, their lifestyles, traditions, their attitudes, their teachings, their mindsets etc.
In actual reality, all of these people are falling, in terms of their careers, style of leadership, contracts with labels, secrets coming out about evil deeds, etc. This could be called Karma” but it’s actually the literal sky that embodies the stars, planets asteroids etc falling. Literally. So it reacts down in the matrix as actual people. As above so below. Remember ?
The laws of nature is not a hoax. It is simply the law that guides the web that we all are dwelling in. The minds of people are evolving really fast . Why do you see so many changes all happening at once?, good or bad are perceived by you depending on the state of mind which you’re living on. The plane of existence we live is on Earth. Yes it’s A PLANE. We are on a very gigantic plane.
Recently, I was having a conversation with an associate as to why we all want to travel the world, see places, meet new people but ever thought about the fact that we are all seeing the same sun stars and moons everywhere in the world?. Literally the same roof, no matter how long the flight or ship you traveled by.
There are so many visions that I see happening in a couple of months which are definitely mind blowing. The sky is literally falling down to earth which means earth will be the new sky and for that to be the new world, you have to be worthy to live in this new world, the world where you must be down to earth, kind, compassionate, giving , loving and fearless. These are traits that most of the stars and high ranking personals that the general population look up to rarely have. So what’s expected to happen? Well the individuals who have those characteristics will be the leaders of the new world. It is going to be a totally different world than we are used to right now. The vibration, the energy, the frequency, this is why it is called the new age. Hence the global reset, that the government is implementing to avert this from happening.
Question is, are you ready? Is this what you would like to be a part of, do you see yourself in this new world or would you rather be in the old world? Because the sky is falling with everything in it. Imagine if the rooftop of your house suddenly falls down. Every of your neighbors will see everything in the building isn’t it? Wake up and get your shit together. We are in a new age, with a totally new species ready to love and live unconditionally.
In coming months, so many “stars” will be falling, both literally and In the simulation. There are individuals scattered all over the world that are well aware of this and are preparing helplessly to stop this from happening because they would rather keep up the facade of this fake reality we are all dwelling in. The time has come for you to ascend spiritually, mentally and physically. Because 2020 was just the tip of the iceberg. We are moving into the tunnel and some people came with torch lights others came to torch the light bearers.
The purpose of the whole 2020 Age of Aquarius timeline stargate is to stabilize the Age of Aquarius positive timeline for the planet. During 2020, the dark forces have tried their hardest to prevent the positive Ascension timeline from manifesting. Now it is our collective chance for the positive Ascension timeline to be anchored, secured and stabilized forever, and to ensure that the rest of the planetary liberation process occurs smoothly and rapidly.

Today the pursuit of money is almost directly linked to the pursuit of happiness, many will argue that money = happiness, just like I wrote about in my post The journey to happiness.
A lot of people sit on the sidelines of life, hoping that their dreams will come true one day, but nothing happens in life unless you take action. Your dream lifestyle isn’t going to magically show up at your doorstep. It requires that you design the life of your choosing, and then start moving in that direction. This is your life.
Time is our most valuable asset and it is something, that while on this earth, we should spend most wisely. You shouldn’t feel like you’re mindlessly wasting your life away. This generation is particularly in trouble because jobs are scarce and many people will be stuck doing jobs they hate just because they need money. Although this may be the right move for their careers now, this shouldn’t be something that one should do for the rest of our lives. it is best we search for something we are passionate about which you should then make into a lifestyle.
Lifestyle is all about the choices we make for ourselves and how we decide what really is important. What is your lifestyle?
Your lifestyle is what you make of it, your daily routine typically is your lifestyle. Spirituality is my lifestyle and I get to practice being present with myself, connecting with source energy everyday. EVERYDAY IS A NEW OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE YOUR DREAMS YOUR REALITY. In recent times, people are waking up from this deep slumber and spells that’s being constantly cast on individuals right in front of their faces, through music, media, twisted history, traditions and cultures. Most of these things are being tweaked and passed along generations over and over again. Why do we accept this, some smart ones may be thinking ? Well, my brother and sister, THE POWER OF SELF EXPRESSION COMES WITH A PRICE!!
Consider that with every action and every choice you make, you are expressing some part of yourself. When you donate to a beggar, you’re expressing kindness. When you raise your voice at another, you’re expressing anger. It’s always about the intention behind the action, the energy behind the deed. Those who cook may have realized this. When we cook with love and care, our dish has a special feel to it. When we do not put effort into our cooking, the dish turns out mediocre and bland. Self-expression is the act of bringing something deep within us into observable form – the art of creation. The question is not whether we express ourselves, but what are we expressing? The more connected we are to ourselves, the more authentic our expression. The more authentic our expression, the more confident and attractive we become. Who are you, and what is your message to the world? As you uncover more and more of yourself, the core of who you are comes to the fore. Who you are begins to shine through in what you do.
So what exactly is self expression?
Let me start by telling you a dream of mine, about a decade ago, I had this recurring dream of someone holding my throat but an invisible someone, I open my mouth to scream with all the energy charged up in me yet not a single sound comes out when I think I’m making a very loud noise, then I get madder and try harder,same thing. It was very annoying at first because as a hueman being we all have “vocal cords” which are in charge of our sounds. So when I speak you should hear me because I’m communicating with you through a chord you and I both have. This dream kept going on and on for weeks until one day I got so pissed and I was just like you know what “IM DONE WITH THIS SHIT”!! Then I decided that when the time came I won’t scream with my outer voice but my inner voice. So I had the dream again, it was on a Saturday morning, I remember vividly how I tried using my right hand to find what’s holding back my voice and I made the loudest sound ever without using my voice. It was my inner voice. I screamed so loud inside my heart that not only did the feeling of my throat being held disappear but the feeling of fear, fear of trying something new completely vanished! All it did was make me uncomfortable for a sec. ( THE PRICE OF SELF EXPRESSION ).
Now, the moral of that story is this —— I had a voice I couldn’t use, out of fear of the unknown, I felt hooked, choked and scared to do what I ought to do but until I DECIDED NOTHING COULD STOP ME, I was helpless. I decided ! Then, I found another way and I didn’t care what happened, I just did it. (Let me tell you a secret, I had not the slightest clue what was going to happen, whether it was going to make an external sound or not). I just “KNEW” I had to do something instantly. The moral of this ??—— FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCTS. You might be wrong or right it doesn’t matter. Just do it!!
This dream made me a stronger and fearless leader because I realized so many things 10 years after. If you don’t use what the creator has given to you , it will be taken away from you. If you choose to be scared, it will be taken away from you, If you allow yourself to be bullied, it will be taken away from you . IF YOU HAVE SKILLS, TALENTS AND PASSIONS YOU DO NOT PURSUE, guess what ? It will be taken away from you. And it goes on and on ….. We all have the ability and the power to express ourselves exactly how we want to. Don’t allow the program that has been installed in your life continue being the driver of your decisions. TAKE CHARGE or be preyed upon. Your choice.
Self expression by definition is the Expression of one’s own personality, feelings, or ideas, as through speech or art. It is a vital piece of the puzzle that is fulfillment in life; Self expression allows us to be our best selves, reach our full potential, and make valuable contributions to the world we live in. It simply is when people show that they are different from everyone else. They may choose to express themselves by how they look, what they say, or by using different types of artistic ways to show you who they are.
This place is a community of people just like you, all seeking to achieve their dreams and support one another in that mission.

Allow yourself to suck at first. Give yourself permission to learn and grow. Take the pressure off and let yourself stretch your wings along the runway to mastery. Once you begin, you never know where your expressions will take you. I’ve always enjoyed mentoring, teaching, making music and writing, but never took my love for writing seriously until last year. Since then, the universe has been urging me to continue. Each time I think of giving up my writing, I would get a message from a reader telling me how my writing impacted them and how much they appreciated my writing. That’s the magic of self-expression: just by being who you are, you can inspire and heal others.
You owe it to yourself to achieve your dreams. Express yourself. NO ONE CAN DO IT EXACTLY HOW YOU CAN DO IT! Don’t let it get taken away from you. You have only one life to live.

Grounding is a spiritual term, referring to centering your soul in your body, and in turn, connecting it with Mother Earth. When these connections are strong, it can help you feel safer and more in touch with the earth and Mother Nature. If you experience a lot of fear and anxiety in your day-to-day, it is possible that you have become ungrounded. Practice centering yourself via grounding or earthing as it is widely called.
Usually, the term grounding is often applied to stabilizing electricity. The world is made up of electrical and magnetic fields or currents (electromagnetic), including our bodies. We are endlessly emitting vibrational signals out from our organs, while also receiving them from the objects around us. Simply put, when our skin comes into contact with the ground, the molecules in our bodies receive an extra boost of vital energy.
Grounding is like when a baby connects with the mother’s womb by drinking her milk. Grounding yourself is simply connecting yourself to the ground, the soil, the place you came from and the place you’ll be buried in when you die.
What is the ground ? “The Ground” is simply the surface of planet earth. According to science, the ground is the reference point in an electrical circuit from which voltages are “measured”. According to psychology, Groundingis simply a term used in conjunction with the energy fields around us. This is why sometimes the words centering and grounding are used interchangeably. Being grounded means that we’re content with who we are. It means that we are sure of ourselves and have confidence in the decisions we are making.
When we ground ourselves, we’re intentionally calming or slowing down our emotions and getting more in touch with our internal and external worlds. This is a very powerful way to balance your yin and yang. It is a great way to center yourself.
Earthing or grounding is the practice of physically connecting oneself as closely as possible to the earth by going barefoot, lying on the ground, sitting or standing. The energy of the earth (the bare floor) has energy that can heal both physical and emotional illnesses. You might be wondering how is that ? Well, the earth is negatively charged, so, when a human body makes direct contact with the earth, the earth’s electrons neutralize the free radicals in the person’s body.
How do you ground? That’s quite simple, easy and perhaps the most intriguing, and most criticized, aspect of grounding is its simplicity. It proposes the idea that all you need, in order to be your most healthy, revitalized self, is to spend time connecting with nature.
Here’s what to do —- Find a comfortable seat on the earth, or you can choose to stand, Close your eyes and breath deeply. Feel the supporting soil underneath. Imagine roots stemming out from the base of your spine and into the core of the earth. Reach as far down as you can imagine, fractal roots surrounded by and connected to Mother Earth. Spend a few breaths embodying this strong, feminine, empowering and supportive energy. This connection is always available to you. Return to your heart center and send your blessings of gratitude to mother earth out into the world.
Mantras and words can be very powerful tools to use whilst grounding, they hold their own vibration, so the thoughts and words you speak impact the energetic fields around you.
There are no consequences to grounding, only the opportunity to benefit your overall health and well-being. Remember you are wearing a bathing suit and planet called “Earth”.
Everybody wants to be happy. It’s the most common goal hue man beings have and it’s simply because we live in a society where happiness comes last. People have been psychologically brainwashed into thinking that you have to work hard to be happy, be married or have a lot of money etc.
The journey to happiness is simply the journey to self, which is simply a self conscious lifestyle. Happiness is a lifestyle. You have to decide it and choose it over anything every single day. That’s where discipline comes in. Self discipline is self mastery.
How do you know if you’re mastering yourself? You know by the things you spend most of the time doing daily. By being accountable, observing your habits, thought processes and being in tune with your true nature. It’s as delicate as taking care of a baby’s very unstable needs. It requires vulnerability and childlike imagination.
An author once said, “Happiness is like a butterfly: the more you chase it, the more it will elude you, but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder”.
If you’ve been looking for happiness, the good news is that your choices, thoughts and actions can influence your level of happiness. It’s not as easy as flipping a switch, but you can turn up your happiness level.
Below are a few steps to follow on the journey to happiness.
The first step is to make a conscious choice to boost your happiness. Then, cultivate the habit of gratitude.Make a commitment to practice gratitude. Each day identify at least one thing that enriches your life. When you find yourself thinking an ungrateful thought, try substituting a grateful one. For example, replace “My wife forgot my birthday” with “My wife has always been there for me during tough times.”
Practice exercise or yoga ——Try to include it in your daily routine . Practice yoga or exercise daily for 30 minutes at least in the morning . It will make you healthy and increase the oxygen level in the body. Health is wealth as they always say. The healthier you are the happier you become. You will feel more in tune with your body and more confident if you practice yoga or exercise daily. It helps to keep your mental and physical health up to the mark.
Meditate——— This is a very qualified way of keeping yourself happy and energetically high always. Once you know the proper technique and start doing it daily for 10-15 minutes, you will be at a different level than you are right now.
Cultivate the habit of forgiveness—— Holding a grudge and nursing grievances can affect physical as well as mental health. Learn to forgive, (practice makes better). Learn the art of letting go.
Practice unconditional love ——- Pretend you have an emotional bank account. Fill it with kind words and actions. Be careful and gracious with critique. Also, let people know that you appreciate what they do for you or even just that you’re glad they’re part of your life.
Practice being optimistic—- If you’re not an optimistic person by nature, it may take time for you to change your pessimistic thinking. Start by recognizing negative thoughts as you have them. Take note of them, then ask your self why you you feel or think that way ? Ask yourself does that serve your highest good.? Ask yourself if that makes you happy right now, does it benefit your creator ? . Then proceed to the opposite of those thoughts and repeat every time you catch yourself being negative.
Live in the present moment —- Don’t postpone joy waiting for a day when your life is less busy or less stressful. That day may never come. Instead, look for opportunities to savor the small pleasures of everyday life. Focus on the positives in the present moment, instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.
Also, spending time with supportive friends, associates or family, cultivating a grateful attitude and an optimistic outlook, focusing on your purpose, and living in the present can help you take steps toward being happier.
The journey to happiness is the journey to your most authentic self. Rule no 1. Fuck what they think. Live your life and be happy. You absolutely deserve it!
Feed your focus and starve your distractions is a quote I’m sure you must have come across one way or another. But as hue-man beings, we tend to rush everything including breathing, reading etc. Try to read this is as slow and deliberate as possible.
SAVE YOUR ENERGY, FOCUS ON YOURSELF AND GET FAR AWAY FROM DISTRACTIONS.
The world at large is going through a spiritual cleanse, more like karmic reset. But majority of us see things as the media wants us to perceive it. When do we get to the point when we realize that most of what we see is not what is really happening ? When do we get to that point? Are we going to wait until 2025 to realize that we are all pawns in the matrix until you WAKE UP and THINK FOR YOURSELF?
You are a piece to the puzzle. The universe is a puzzle and every living being has a ROLE to play. Your duty is to figure out what your role is and be exceptionally great at it.
For instance, If we are deprived of food for too long, our bodies won’t have enough energy left to perform physical tasks. If we don’t sleep for two days straight, we won’t have enough energy to partake in a meaningful conversation. Not eating, or not sleeping will drain us of our energy reserves. We all understand this because it’s common sense.
But there are also many other negative habits, which we simply aren’t aware of – slowly robbing us of any extra energy we might have. These habits include: overeating, long hours in front of the TV, compulsive complaining, etc.
If you want to get something great done in your life, you must first be able to adopt habits that preserve your energy, and free yourself of habits that waste it.
2020 is a perfect example of why you should focus on yourself , anything can happen which I believe means one has to be prepared for absolutely anything at this point. As a matter of fact, this is going to be the new norm.( wearing of masks which hide your identity ie prisoners, social distancing, lockdowns, food scarcity etc.) We are OUR ONLY SAVIORS and we have to do better. The very least you can do is SPEAK UP, FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM, or better still fight for the unborn children because this is new world they’ll be born into. We can only change our reality by changing our point of focus.
Focus requires concentration, patience and attention. In other to achieve anything exceptionally you need to pay attention right? So, question is, what are you paying attention to ? Your mental and spiritual development? Your physical health ? Your thinking patterns ? Your trauma responses? What are you putting your energy on ? The media, the mass violence happening all over the world? Politics ? Your career? You decide YOUR FUTURE by your PRESENT. Choose wisely.
Save your energy, face your demons instead. Focus on your priorities. Make yourself your one number priority. Turn the lens around to yourself and see yourself for what you truly are. DO YOU LIKE YOU? Do you like yourself and your current habits ? Are you around the people that elevate your mind state or are you around people who make you feel less of yourself?, Are you getting better at improving your self as a whole? What are you waiting for ? A prophet ? A UFO? Wake up and do what you have to do now. So you don’t get dropped like a fly when the awakened souls transcend. Be your own motivator and guide. Look within you for acceptance not outside you.
Save your energy. It is already a lot of work to focus on yourself. How about you make that a priority and see how much less time you have for anything else.
Your fears can be your very own trap or prison, holding your happiness and dreams out of your reach. By inviting your demonsto tea, you establish ownership of your shadow. You bravely go where many fear to tread. You have the guts to faceyour anger, fear, jealousy, lack of self-acceptance.
In order to be truly happy and content, it is important that you are honest about the kind of life that you are leading. Unless you face your demons, it will be impossible for you to achieve your full potential. You will always be held back by underlying issues that are yet to be resolved. If you are going to prevent this from happening, you will need to make a change.
It’s a battle that goes on inside all of us, whether it be our fears, sadness, anxiety, frustrations and disappointments tormenting us and preventing us from experiencing happiness, peace, love and hope. Just like with every battle there are two options: you can choose to hide from these demons and negative energies or you can choose to fight. Fear is has a huge role to play in facing your demons. You know the saying -Flight or fight? Do you know that without fear there will be no courage?
Ever experienced that period in your life that you would simply describe as dark? When all hope and light seems to fade and you find yourself surrounded by negativity with no help in sight? Times where you may feel abandoned, lonely, sad, a sense of dread, even fear. At the time you couldn’t even imagine what the world once looked like to you and all you see now is the inevitable doom that humanity faces. At the time it can be an overwhelming experience that can often shake us to the very core…but handled correctly, it can actually be a very beneficial and life altering experience. It usually is a divine message to you, if you pay attention.
You may be wondering how that could possibly be the case. How could somebody showing dark night of the soul symptoms possibly come out the other side in a positive manner? Surely the entire experience is soul destroying? Well, while it is true that the experience is challenging and many people do come out the other side feeling defeated, it can be used as a form of spiritual healing or therapy.
You must have heard about the power of communication. “Communication is key”, Whether you believe it or not self communication is the golden key. When you go through an experience, it usually is because you need to grow, wake-up, learn or teach lessons from that experience. You achieve this by communicating genuinely with your self. By facing your demons, by looking at yourself exactly as you are, Ask yourself how you feel and why you feel how you feel ? Allow the emotions to flow, they are answers. It is very healing and therapeutic. Every being has to go through this to evolve and come out on the other side. However,there are beings who will not evolve and that’s okay. There are beings who prefer the cycle they are experiencing because it’s familiar to them. Spiritual growth is an unfamiliar territory which is uncomfortable. It’s not for everyone.
Demons are described as crazy, scary monsters, just like the scary crazy habits, thoughts, feelings that you have. If you were to describe those dark feelings and thoughts you had, as an item or a person what would it be?Everyone has the yin and yang. To face your demons is to look in the mirror. it’s time to see your truest nature and be it. It requires vulnerability. Just as I wrote on my last post, The dark night of the soul . If the universe could speak right now, with all that you see happening on the “surface” ( YANG), in our society today? The universe is saying loud and clear , now is the time when you literally face your demons (the habits, patterns, contracts, energies) that has been destroying and delaying your authenticity. The ones you refuse to accept about yourself. These demons have a role to play in your evolution so you should not run away from facing them. There comes a time where you will be forced to face them, accept them, forgive yourself and evolve. When would you rather do that?
Fear is a tool. Use it to your advantage. “Without fear, there will be no courage”.
Have you ever felt alone and lonely in your universe ? Felt like everything was totally meaningless?, like you had no sense of direction, unable to bear going through the motions and feelings you’re experiencing like you have lost all hope? Like your alive but barely. You could be going through a ‘Dark Night of the Soul’
This is a deeply miserable and hurtful process of growth that a lot people go through unaware and come out the other side a more conscious and ripe individual. It is more like shedding your skin but on the inside of your mind. It is the war within yourself and that’s scary but it really is your ego dissolving itself.
The dark night of the soul goes really deep and it is a also a major turning event in the person’s life. This is a stage in personal and spiritual development when a person undergoes a difficult but very significant transition (more like a spiritual surgery) to a deeper perception of life and their role in it. (You know that moment when you start asking why certain things happen to you? Who are you ? Why you’re here?, Well this is when you get the answers.) This enhanced awareness is accompanied by a painful shedding of previous conceptual frameworks such as identity, relationship, career, sometimes weight, habit or belief system that previously allowed them to construct meaning in their life.
The Dark Night of the Soul might sound unfamiliar but it certainly has various relative conceptions in religion, psychology and mythology. Sometimes, it could be associated with conditions like ‘existential crisis’ and forms of depression. It literally is a form of spiritual depression.
Within the dark night of the soul, you’re facing your flaws. You’re facing everything that you view as being unhealthy about yourself, all your negative self talk, selfishness, your greed, contempt, pride, hate, jealousy. You’re tackling all of these issues and it’s hard to face that we have them. Yet, by accepting that we have this part of ourselves (and we all do) you’re acknowledging areas of your own being that require work. This is you at your darkest so if you can face these problems, identify them and come out to the Light on the other side, then you already know exactly what areas need to be worked on.
What’s happening during this period is, the old meaning and identity that your ego gave your life and it’s structure is melting away and when something melts/dissolves the temperature changes. So it hurts you, but in reality your soul is releasing itself and expanding to it’s truest nature.
Facing the dark night of the soul symptoms isn’t an experience that will do you any physical harm. It happens for you and of you. It is something that’s happening go-creatively with the universe. It’s entirely a spiritual battle…and it’s a battle with yourself. The only person you are facing is you but it’s not the cheery, open, happy version of you. It’s the opposite, the dark version. The version of you that lives in the shadows and is kept at bay by energy from the Light. .This is where you’re facing your subconscious. I know it might all sound a bit intense but this is where the therapeutic aspect of this very painful transformative experience becomes clear.The famous saying: “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” comes to mind in this situation.
Are you currently experiencing it? Do you feel empty like you’re having an ego death and life’s pleasure doesn’t do it for you any longer? You might feel like you’re on the wrong path and you may have to start all over and that makes you feel completely different and confused. You’re not alone. There are millions of people who feel the same or have in the past. Remember it’s happening to you, by you for you. Let it unfold don’t try to control it. It’s simply your soul setting itself free. It’s a full moon, a new month also. What better time to shine? Don’t let the darkness from your past block the light and joy in your present. You are light and what’s the duty of light ? To shine!
We all have an inner light, which when translating I’ll say, we tend to call it “a dream”, within us. This is something important for each of us to know, nurture, and empower.
Dreams are what move us forward when all else seems to be against us. It’s the spark that lights our way in the darkest moments of our lives. It’s what keeps us hopeful when everyone else says to give up. It’s what warms us from the inside, when the world is cold and hostile. In recent times during the pandemic, if you were observant you could see how many creatives explored and showed different abilities, talents and skills. The isolation definitely helped with that.
Having a dream is how one justifies our existence. Acting on the dream justifies having a life. Having a dream and not letting it go dim, is having a gift and not shining bright, having a vision of how you want your world to be and not taking action. Shining bright requires us to act on it, otherwise it become dim, or worse yet, go out.
How bright are your dreams? What lights your way when all seems dark? Do they shine so brightly that others can see the light radiating from you, or do you look like the light has left your eyes? Have you lost sight of your dreams? Have you failed to act on them for a long time?
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. – Martin Luther King Jr.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve been there quite a number of times. From the breakup of my first relationship to my career as an artist, from hating myself to losing my job, I’ve ended up in some very dark places with my light completely out.
However, in each and every time, there has been someone or something to help me find my way, and to relight my light, but I didn’t notice them as I was lost, blind and so unready to receive them and their gift and when I became ready my gift found me and I did it myself.
What I hope you can see is how precious this gift is to others. Perhaps you have even been the recipient of this gift in your lifetime. Remember what it felt like to you, and imagine what it would have been like without others to help you. You can be that helper to others, the question is will you do it?
Sometimes, on rare occasions, you can actually do this for yourself. Like I did for myself. However, most of the time it takes outside intervention. While it is usually a friend, associate or family member, sometimes the person who relights your light is a complete stranger and I’ve seen this happen to people a lot.
No matter how you eventually do it, even if all you do is get their attention, and get them thinking about trying to find their light again, you have done a great thing for them. Sometimes, with proper motivation, they can fight their way back. Other times, it leaves them receptive to the next person who tries to help them.
How does one help someone who has lost their light? That would depend on the person, your existing relationship, and your interpersonal skills. If you notice a friend seems particularly withdrawn, you can talk to them. Starting with general topics and then try to get to what is troubling them.
With a stranger, establishing communication may be much more difficult, but at least stop for a moment and say “Hi!” to them. How you proceed from there is up to you, but I would hope you could manage to help them, if only just a tiny little bit. That may totally be what your role on earth was for the day.
We tend to overlook the small things, and we forget the Devil is in the details. The small gestures, kindness and even conversations we have could be the light you need to shine brightly to illuminate and even better heal a brother or a sister just like yourself.
Shine your light in all the ways you think you can. This is unlimited. There is no specific way, all ways lead home.
Allow the universe to work for you by letting go..
This is one of the hardest truths in life. Letting go is a very powerful magnet . Just as you have to let go of the food you eat through your stool and you can’t resist that, because the body literally forces you to sometimes. Same way the universe works. There comes a time in everyone’s life where we have no choice but to accept life as IT IS. This is one major lesson that has made so many of our ancestors reincarnate in different ways including using major events to reawaken us to our original state. So much alterations have been done in the past. But we are now in a new world and some of us got here so we can hold the door for others to come in.
Change is here and it comes with power. You are the power. You are the key. You are the door. Share your life lessons as you see it. Mostly, allow life to be in your favor by being yourself at all times. Everything that has an advantage definitely has its disadvantages we all know. So, there may be backlashes, opinions, advices etc that might be the reason you’re still stuck. This is a call to wake you up and remind you that the key has been in your power to make a decision all along.
Speak your truth and live your life. Everything changes and you don’t want to be living the past life in the present moment.
Awaken to your divinity as a wholesome being of light. You are a star. Yes you! Embrace it. Embrace yourself. You are perfection in disguise. Own your shit.

The element of water is feminine. It is the element of emotion and subconscious, of purification, intuition, mysteries of the self, compassion and family. The Element of Water is a heavy, passive element and is contrary to Fire. It is associated with the qualities of darkness, thickness and motion. The wisdom of water is infinite, and you will find it if you invest the time to meditate and contemplate it’s vastness your rewards will be quite enlightening (if not enlightenment itself).
Our bodies are composed of about 70% water, a similar percentage to that of the ocean surface compared to land. Blood and sap are really variations of water. As much as we drink it, wash, fish and swim in it, and cook with it, we nearly always overlook the special relationship water has with our lives. There are a hundred times as many water molecules in our bodies than the sum of all the other molecules put together. Although water is the most familiar of liquids, it is also the most mysterious and least understood.
For many reasons, water meaning deals with intuition, psychic perception and dreams. What happens under the surface of water is a mystery to the unaided eye. It’s much the same with human emotions. Water reminds us to dive beneath the surface of our feelings and use intuition for better understanding.
Free-flowing rivers, meandering their way through nature’s peaks and valleys are often seen as some of Earth’s most serene wonders. The gentle waves tumbling over rocks and the glistening reflection of the world around makes water a true natural beauty.

The water signs are known for being sensitive and emotional. The powerful element of water is finally becoming widely acknowledged as the incredible vehicle for consciousness that it actually is. Water is a relatively simple element with which to work. When you are stressed out, just wash those energies off your hands. By turning water warm, you add the Fire element. Once, released, cool the water for regenerative and invigorating vibes. Speaking if vibes, the element of water matches with Master number 22. In numerology, 22 is the builder. It takes our dreams and aspirations and helps us manifest them just as the water element does.
It is the restlessness of water that gives living systems the ability to become ever more complex and to strive towards the perfection they can never reach. As a driver of evolution, water is a model for our own striving, allowing us to evolve through our own mistakes. This is the self-empowerment on it’s own.
If we could personally experience and truly understand the miraculous properties of water for life, our lives would become more meaningful and, (if it is not too late) we could become responsible custodians of Nature.
In Tarot, the traditional Suit of Cups is the suit of water. It is receptive, a vessel, and a symbol of the deep, primordial unconscious mind and womb. Water shows us the images, or imprint, of things. Emotions, feelings, and psychic knowledge are all represented by water in the Tarot tradition.
Water flows and changes, and it carries away what it cleanses. Water is the great purifier. We wash away our sins, we cleanse our wounds, and our tears bring release.
The element of fire relates to will and power. The passion, the electromagnetic field of presence.The power of the tongue! Fire is,expansive, intense and constantly seeking to overcome anything that limits its self-expression.
Fire provided a source of warmth, protection from predators, a way to create more advanced hunting tools and a method for cooking food. These cultural advances allowed cultural innovations and changes to human diet and behavior.
Because fire warms and gives off light like the sun, it often represents the sun or a sun god in mythology. It is linked with the idea of the hearth, the center of a household. Fire can also be a symbol of new life, as in the case of the phoenix, the mythical bird that is periodically destroyed by flames to rise reborn from its own ashes.
It can also represent bravery, beginnings and drive. Fire is active energy. It houses beings called Salamanders that dance inside with joy until the source burns no more. In Feng Shui the Element of Fire embodies our enthusiasm, warm feelings, movement and spiritual radiance. The Fire is alive and gives birth to new life and new ideas.

The element of Air is vital to human survival, without it we would all perish, its quality is active. Air is the manifestation of movement, freshness, communication and of the intelligence. Sound is another manifestation of this element. As an element, it is invisible, but its reality can be felt in the air that we breathe in and out every day. We cannot capture or tame the Air, but we certainly know it’s with us. It can be tempestuous or still, or as gentle as a puff on a birthday candle.
To connect with the power of this element, find a place with clean air and breathe deeply, touch a feather or inhale the fragrance of a heavily scented flower. Let yourself experience the energy of this element, and reflect that we also possess Air energy within ourselves.
The air element works in conjunction with all other elements to sustain life on this planet. Think about how air works with the others: air fuels fire, moves earth, makes clouds with water. We inhale and exhale air, it cools us off, but it can also be destructive and blow down houses. Without air, we definitely would not survive. Air is whirling, twirling, twisting, freeing. In magical terms, Air is the power of the mind, the force of intellect, inspiration, imagination. It is ideas, knowledge, dreams and wishes. Air is the element of new life and new possibilities. Air aids us in visualization, a vital technique in magic. This is why “Air signs” are the thinkers, communicators, and doers of the zodiac( due to the nature “air”). They breeze through life, never stopping to catch their breath and their intelligence helps them make decisions easily.
Air is a masculine element and governs the magick of the four winds. It is the vital spirit passing through all things, giving life to all things, moving and filling all things.
The Air Element corresponds to the Eastern part of creation. It symbolizes a vast network of vital breath, from the winds that brought the Universe into being to the first cry of a newborn baby or first breath of life (Om). Where Earth is “fixed” air is most definitely a mover. It’s also connected to the mind, wisdom, spirits and the soul.
The Element of Air is an excellent representation of spiritual faith. Air reminds us that there is much more to this world than what we can see , and also teaches that we must grow and change as the world does likewise
While nearly any pale colour can represent the Air Element the most common two are Yellow and White.
The Color yellow, symbolizes the season of Spring, which also correlates to the Air Element. For light healers, yellow brings peace into the auric field. Other associations for yellow that carry over to the Air Element includes creativity, intellect, happiness, clarity and perception.
When speaking of the Air Element the vibration of 8 creates change, usually in the areas of finances, career or personal power. It emphasizes balance in various areas of your life and listening carefully to the urgings of Spirit in your life. Wind is not static; it bends and weaves, and when you work with this Element or find it presenting itself in your life, you may find your need for adaptability challenged.

In my last post, i wrote about the elements and what they generally are..Everything on our planet (EARTH) is comprised of the first four, or the classical elements- Fire, Water, Earth, and Air.[-the 5th being Space a.k.a. spirit}. Various states and combinations of them make up the first four. We get Darkness and Light through Fire. Water gives us Ice, and Earth gives us Nature. These elements are vital for human survival, they make life possible, and death inevitable. However, today we are focusing on Earth, (the planet we live in a.k.a, our BODY) and the personality types that best resonate with this element.
Planet Earth is one of the unique planets in the Solar System because of the presence of abundant water resources to sustain life ( p:s , The oxygen we breathe contains 47% water.) The structure of the Earth is like an onion; it has multiple layers. Scientifically the earth is made up of mostly these four elements : Oxygen, silicon,iron and aluminum. The earth´s atmosphere however is composed of 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 0.9% argon, 0.3% carbon dioxide and traces of other elements and particles. Which basically means we are all just a bunch of elements!! and it’s important to which are the elements make you, YOU!
While each element often carries distinctive connotations depending on cultural settings, there are some commonalities.
Earth energies facilitate all manner of manifestation by putting down strong roots from which our dreams grow into reality.
That is not to say that the Earth Element has nothing but positive characteristics. It can be fierce. Just watch a volcano erupt or the damage from a quake. This kind of power is why it is so important to respect our mother (you know the old saying: it’s not nice to fool Mother Nature).
The Earth is stable and reliable, yet constantly working and moving. Those with the Earth element share these traits. You are practical and logical and stand firm in your convictions. You learn through experience, which is never difficult for a curious person like yourself. You aren’t interested in unrealistic dreams, but rather you believe in setting achievable goals that are attained through hard work. Your home is welcoming and warm and always open to friends and family, which is fitting considering you’re a bit of a homebody.You are stubborn and bull-headed and will often stick to your position for no other reason than it is your position.
The earth element works in conjunction with all other elements to sustain life on this planet. Think about how earth works with the others: earth feeds fire, requires water for growth, produces air (trees/plants) in conjunction with water. But can also suffocate fire and air and impede water. We live on the earth, our feet and homes planted in the soil, and grow our food in the earth. Without earth, we would not survive. Earth is nurturing, grounding, loving, growing, replenishing, moving, sowing, and reaping and no matter what zodiac sign you represent you are EARTH ! as in your skin is ..
You must have heard about five elements of nature and I am sure you have some basic understanding about it as well. Every visible thing was made up of some combination of earth, water, air, and fire. These four out of five elements were even used to describe the four temperaments a person could have. However, when it comes to body cleansing process or any other natural healing process, there are 5 elements of nature that plays a very important part of the whole ( aka HOLE we dwell in..) In this post, you will learn about those basic but very important concept of our body.
In reality, we do yoga to strengthen our bodyand we practice meditation for peace of mind, but do we know about the most important elements from which our body is made?
Every human body is essentially made from five elements which are Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space and upon death all these 5 elements of the human body is dissolved to it’s respective element of nature, so that it can balance the cycle of nature.
Each of these five elements has its own functions and characteristic as described below:
The first element is “Earth”. This element is perceived by five senses. which are Sight, Smell, Taste, Hear and Touch. The physical body with muscles and bones refers to Earth. ( If you think earth is just the planet or ground or world we live in, you couldn’t be more wrong. Earth is the skin that covers your bones,blood , tissues and organs etc.) Earth is the external manifestation of OUR HOME.
The second most important element is “Water”. This element has no odor (smell) but can be heard, felt, seen and tasted. In the human body, blood and other fluid are refer to Water. As we all have been told or even studied, our body contains up to 60% of water. The surface of the earth also covers almost 60% of water or more, what does that tell you ? ( Our bodies, aka Planet Earth cannot survive without over average % of water which contains half air) same as the external surface of the earth we dwell on. hmmm..
The next higher element in human body is “Fire”. In human body our temperature is referred to as the fire. It can be heard, felt and seen. (Internally, our digestive system is a very good example of Fire element that helps our body digest the food we take everyday). The heat, passion and zeal that is required to do anything externally refers to the fire element. We simply cannot do without it! The combination of these elements are the cause of weather change, planetary shifts etc..
The fourth element is “Air”. Air can be felt and heard only, one cannot see air. In the human body, the oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body refers to Air. It is considered as one of the most important factor in life. As we know that the human body can not live without Oxygen which is known as Prana in Sankstrit and this is why one must do regular breathing, mental and physical exercises to keep their body’s Oxygen rich and to prevent diseases.
The fifth and last element is “Space” which is translated in Sanskrit at ‘aakash‘. Space is the medium of sound but is inaccessible to all other senses, and in the human body the Soul refers to Space.
The combination of these 5 elements of nature make up our body and will (a.k.a the wheel of life) ie “our willpower”. These elements in our body will dissolve into their respective elements upon death.
Our fascination with these elements has also led to countless theories that have been created revolving around one or more of these elements for centuries. One of such area of elemental study incorporates philosophical connections to human life, with the individual elements being associated with various personality types. The most notorious of which is Fire, is synonymous with having a fiery personality and being overly-emotional or easily triggered. The Earth type is grounded and they possess strong maternal, and protective instincts. Water types are fluid and easy-going, oftentimes they are the more balanced ones. The Air type is a rational, free-thinker who can see the big picture with more clarity than the other element types.
The elements inside and outside of our bodies are all the same. Awaken to your divinity as a whole!! We are all individually part of a bigger picture..
