What is that bright light up there all day?

What does it have to do with our existence?

Why does it come out only during the day?

Is this even important?

Well, that depends on what is important to YOU.

Meanwhile, what you’re about to read should even bring about more questions.. (this is where you begin to use your mind ). As usual, read with a totally open mind.

okay..

The sun, the most important star in the universe. It actually is an enormous sphere of extremist hot gas that is continuously shining and spinning around. It also is the closest star to planet Earth yet it is extremely far from mother Earth.

We call it the “Solar” system because it is in the center of our system and all the planets in it revolves around the sun.

Here is what I would like you to ”over-stand”,

YOU ARE THE SOLAR SYSTEM.

YOU ARE YOUR OWN SOLAR SYSTEM

Read that again so it registers in your mind🙏🏽.

The world revolves around you. All the planets evolve around you including earth which means you are in the center which also means the core. You ! Your universe. I really hope you overstand and understand this.

The gravity that connects what you know and what you see is basically what’s going on behind the scenes” ( in your mind) in the spirit realm and that’s where all the magic happens!! (which is all in our minds). This is why i always emphasize on the power of our minds..Catch the drift??

This is where almost everyone and even most spiritual teachers got it fucked up. Heaven is within, which is the conjugation of everything inside you and the reflection is hell which is what is outside (without) because we are mirroring each other. This is why when people say we are living in hell they are absolutely right because we all are living in hell .(hilarious isn’t it?, hmmm..)

So the question is what does your solar system do in hell ? Does it sleep or does it awaken to shine? The choice is yours . It is the new age and my duty is to remind you of how individually powerful YOU ARE!

The new wave 🌊. Welcome to the age of Aquarius ♒️.

You have to be really open- minded to get this deep so you can understand that there really is more to who we are as human beings living here and it’s true no one has it all figured out but as a whole, individually and collectively we create our consciousness in every single moment..

Yes you read that right, the sun is symbolic for your actions. So who is in control of your actions? you? your spouse?, your family?, your friends?, your environment,your culture?

Who makes the decisions in your life ? Who takes action in your life? Whose life is it ? ..

The sun is in charge of the day, just as the moon is in charge of the nighttime. So what do you do during the day?

I know.. a lot of questions right ?…All I’m saying is the sun is the light you shine to the world which simply means….Your actions!

Your actions define you..So how bright are you shining today? What have you done today to bring out the light from within?

Are you living or dying ?

We have been blessed with the gift of choice so you have to open your “eye” in order for you to choose right so you can BE YOUR OWN SUNLIGHT.

Types of Motivation

 Motivation is literally the desire to do things. It is the crucial element in setting and of course attaining goals. It is usually interchanged with “Inspiration” and there are of course,Internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to do anything.

Before we get into the types of motivation, it is important to acknowledge a few things..

First of all, we say our main goal in life is to be as happy as possible, have you really asked yourself what it is going to take for each of us to achieve that?

Secondly, just as you must have seen on other posts on this site… i write a lot about how we all have our own individual map of reality. We see the world according to what’s important to us. Therefore,we cannot keep all the knowledge of what’s important to us in our conscious awareness always because there’s too much information and our brain is being bombarded with over 40,000 bits of information every moment and we might get lost or distracted into some of all that data. This is why it’s important to keep yourself motivated to enable you filter through all that data in order to get the job /task done.

So, there are two major types of motivation :

Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation.

Intrinsic Motivation is geared toward internal rewards and re-inforcers. This is just like when we celebrate our success when we do well and then beat ourselves up when we don’t .Intrinsic just as the name implies is geared towards internal rewards. Internal rewards are associated with high academic and occupational achievement.

It seems motivation is strongest when we do it for the fun of it…or for the feeling of accomplishment. It could be a hobby, or a career path, or our purpose in life even. Some examples of internal reinforcers are “Shoulds”, “Musts”, and “Oughts”, a guilty conscience, and even Toxic Shame.

Traits of intrinsic motivation can be seen in believing in ones self. For example, you may be motivated to get a promotion because of self-improvement or the joy of learning. Conversely, you might be motivated to succeed because you want to positively affect the lives of the people around you.Some examples of internal rewards are achievements, enjoyment, a sense of competence etc..

Extrinsic Motivation is geared toward external rewards and reinforcers. This is more common than intrinsic motivation because it includes achieving things due to a specific incentive, fear, or expectation, all of which depend on external factors. For example, people may want to get a promotion because of the expected raise that comes with it..(an this is obviously geared towards an external reward). Some examples of external rewards are money, praise, awards, etc. Few examples of external reinforcers are disciplinary action, boundary-setting, procedures and policies.etc..

Motivation is actually more complex than simply defining it by its internal or external drivers. Each broad type of motivation has many sub-types of its own, but having a broader view of the types of motivation could be the foundation you need to start something new.

Basically, ask yourself, ”what is the reason behind your actions and how did you arrive at that?”… ”Did i do that out of love or out of fear”?

The word motivation is one of the most used words i believe.It is “a reason or reasons for acting or behaving in a particular way.”This word certainly cuts across all races, ages and even differences.

A motive is an impulse that causes a person to act. Motivation is an internal process that makes a person move toward a goal. 

Motive + action = Motivation

So two things are involved here: a reason , then action!

Motivation is a word we use a lot but do we really understand what it means to be motivated?

It means, YOU NEED A REASON TO TAKE ACTION!

Read that again.

So i believe that means no matter how inspired one is, until you take action you were never really motivated. This is due to the fact that motivation can only be inferred by noting a person’s behavior. 

Anything or anyone can be a motivation. It all depends on the reason you are searching because at the end of the day only you can take the action it requires. This is why your point of view in any situation is really important.

When i was about 4/5 years old i remember how my dad would take me everywhere and introduce me like i’m an adult so i’ll say hi, my name is ..nice to meet you., whomever i was stretching my hands to would go.. Wow, that is interesting. The next thing i’ll notice is, they treat me as an adult because of how my father had made me approach them. This eventually inspired most of the kids around me to greet or speak to people in a certain manner and before i knew it i became an adult before i was even 7. My actions became inspiring to make my father’s friends want me around even though i had nothing to say..

So sometimes, the reason to take action may not necessarily be from where or whom you expect it to come from and that requires focus to take action. This boils down to…*how bad do you want it*? I say this a lot but i’m sure you would agree with me.

In my last post, i wrote about learning and asking yourself the right questions. Today, i want to teach you how to know how you learn.

There are actual learning styles, which refers to the means in which a person acquires information best.There are four main different types of learning, that is,: visual , auditory, verbal and kinesthetic learning.

Visual (spatial): You prefer using pictures, images, and spatial understanding.

Aural (auditory-musical): You prefer using sound and music.

Verbal (linguistic): You prefer using words, both in speech and writing.

Physical (kinesthetic): You prefer using your body, hands and sense of touch

If you pay close attention to yourself you will already know your learning style. Ask yourself how do you prefer learning naturally. However, certain individuals have more than one type of learning style and that’s awesome.

Now that you know how best you learn by looking at those four awesome categories above, try this exercise for 24 hours/48hours 🙏🏽.

Observe all the things you’re inhaling or learning via your learning method and see if it aligns with where you want to be.
Make a list of the things you remembered all through the day during the exercise (just before you sleep) and ask yourself genuinely if those things you gathered were all aligned with where you want to be.

When you look to learn something, everything because to happen to enable you learn that. You start seeing ads, maybe numbers, movies, experiences etc… all these are happening to enable you learn it, but learning is a choice just as your life is ..

This is how you know that you learn every single day but you have to know how you learn. (“because you are paying for it with your time”)do you get it?

“Learn to live and you will live to earn”

When you pay attention to the wrong things, then, wrong things begin to manifest in your life. Here is what i mean.. Let’s say you are in a dilemma and you are definitely confused.. if you are observant, you notice you listen to certain kinds of songs, watch certain kinds of movies, listen or talk about similar experiences etc.. that’s how we are all programmed to react to something you do not understand.. but look on the flip side.. if you already knew your own method of learning you would realize we are uniquely created beings and we learn differently, we experience differently and so on…(therefore through your unique method of learning you would see a different light and come up with a possibility to better the situation) but it is your job first to know how you learn so you know what influences your actions, thoughts, words etc..

Learning is the process of acquiring new, or modifying existing knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, or preferences.

We learn at all times either consciously or subconsciously whether you believe it or not. We learn via using our senses and we are told we have 5 senses. I know for sure that we have more than 5 senses…(But that’s my belief). However, everything we accumulate comes from all those senses and that is how you can understand what you’re manifesting.

You see, teachers are our greatest assets because they are the story tellers and we definitely need more great teachers. I would like to implore our teachers, leaders, parents and bosses to celebrate “Trying” . Please … applaud the staff,children or students for any grades/progress at all for trying as it encourages them to learn the habit of ‘LEARNING’. Because failing is part of learning if they are shown love for “trying” I’m certain we would have more failures and that will certainly mean more success stories and not the other way around.

“We learn to live when we live to learn”

This is what i mean, you see the billboards, the media,(social media inclusive) are all teaching you something. So ask yourself what are you learning? What are you teaching yourself? What you see around you, smell, touch, watch etc…is what you are inhaling and that is all energy..What you may be learning may not even have anything to do with why are you are still alive in the first place. So i ask you again.. what are you learning?What are you acquiring?

Remember if you ‘Nourish your mind, you nourish your life”..
