Learning is the process of acquiring new, or modifying existing knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, or preferences.

We learn at all times either consciously or subconsciously whether you believe it or not. We learn via using our senses and we are told we have 5 senses. I know for sure that we have more than 5 senses…(But that’s my belief). However, everything we accumulate comes from all those senses and that is how you can understand what you’re manifesting.

You see, teachers are our greatest assets because they are the story tellers and we definitely need more great teachers. I would like to implore our teachers, leaders, parents and bosses to celebrate “Trying” . Please … applaud the staff,children or students for any grades/progress at all for trying as it encourages them to learn the habit of ‘LEARNING’. Because failing is part of learning if they are shown love for “trying” I’m certain we would have more failures and that will certainly mean more success stories and not the other way around.

“We learn to live when we live to learn”

This is what i mean, you see the billboards, the media,(social media inclusive) are all teaching you something. So ask yourself what are you learning? What are you teaching yourself? What you see around you, smell, touch, watch etc…is what you are inhaling and that is all energy..What you may be learning may not even have anything to do with why are you are still alive in the first place. So i ask you again.. what are you learning?What are you acquiring?

Remember if you ‘Nourish your mind, you nourish your life”..

Wake up call

Wake up it’s 2:22. The moment you’ve been waiting for..” The bells are ringing.. The trumpets calling.. can you hear it ?? Okay,okay… born ready ! “I said”..while waking up yawning like a new born. Checked my bed size clock, 2:22am and date : 22/01/20, Oh wow another dream..

This was another wake up call and I know I needed that”. That was me from my dream space this morning and I felt I should share that message. That was me being my own wake up call in my dream..

Okay firstly, what is a wake up call?

A wake-up call means an event that makes someone realize/understand that something must change in his/her life. For example- If one’s electric bill is high, it might be a wake-up call to draw up a budget or switch off some appliances.

Sometimes, one has to be his/her own “wake up call”.

Waking up could feel like work if you’re not happy but if you are ..easy breezy.. You know how they say sleep requires peace yeah? It does require peace and that’s why we should always be our own divine source of peace individually and collectively. This could mean organizing, doing your shadow work, detoxing and integrating ( I do this to cultivate myself and I can tell you for certain it’s not for the weak).Life is fight or flight ✈️… where do you stand? What do you stand on?and if you are just waking up, please take your time… Breathe.. there really is no destination.

Yes life is a journey not a destination so your wake up call should be what can you do to enjoy yourself on this fun trip everyday after all there is no destination…

Okay,let’s look at this way. If you’re traveling to a certain place what are the things you would need to know, where would you like to visit and how ?, what activities would you partake in? What kind of people would you love to meet ?

What do you value ?

Whom do you value ?

What is your value?

Remember energy flows where attention goes..

So what defines your day? your life? your art ?

Do you have someone / something to fight or flight for ?

Then what are you waiting for ?

Today is the beginning of tomorrow. It sure is!

So what are you doing today that will make your tomorrow feel like an upgrade?!

Stop procrastinating. These are some steps that could help you start today.

1. Make a list. Just as simple as that. Could be penned down or even on the notepad on your phone. It keeps you focused. So look at your list and do one thing on it right now!

2: Set simple achievable goals : Most times, procrastination seems like the only choice due to over daunting goals. Set goals that you are certain is achievable. So if your goal feels daunting, break it into bite-sized steps. Remember, you don’t have to know every step of the way; just the next few steps immediately ahead.

3 : Write down your goals, include a deadline and a reward for yourself: This puts you into action because a goal without a deadline can be put off indefinitely.

4 : Harness fear : This seems weird but it works magic. Fear is a powerful emotion that can keep us mired in excuses. Yet, by focusing on what you don’t want, you can harness it in your favor. So write down how you will feel a year or two from now if you do nothing. Be brave and really honest with yourself about the cost of continued inaction. After all, if nothing changes, nothingchanges!

5: Be brave : Building momentum is crucial as you begin and yes that could be uncomfortable. So commit to stepping out of your comfort zone at least once per day. Start now before your fear-laden excuses, disguised as sheer laziness, kick in again. It can be something really small. After all, it doesn’t matter how fast you are going, so long as you are stepping forward in a direction that inspires and empowers you. So take that first step, then another, then another.. after all a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

6 : Visualize the end result. When you feel the emotions and imagine how it would feel at the end. This is freedom from anxiety or self -doubts. Accomplishing put off tasks could dramatically boost your confidence and energy. So why wait ? Start today.
