Hi Royalties, I send love and warmth your way especially during this weird times. I know a lot of people are feeling the heat right now including myself but I also know that everything that has a beginning has an end. These times have called for taking a step back and re -evaluating but most importantly I believe we are being called to deeply relax and allow nature take its refreshing course irregardless of what’s going on.
There is so much tension in the air .. but on earth there is so much transformation going on. Anxiety and depression usually comes with times like this. Fear comes in different forms and anxiety is one of them.However, to overcome anxiety is to first be aware of the root cause and then take adequate measures to get out of that energy.
Anxiety is simply putting in so much percentage level-on what you should do or shouldn’t do. One of the main reasons one might be experiencing anxiety is observing and caring too much about the reactions of others,loss of reputation, being restricted in any way shape or form etc”. Anxiety usually stems from being in a “box” for too long . That energy could be sticky which makes you unable to move freely. Then panic, doubt, fear, anxiety sets … and of course,makes you very nervous. For instance,you’re locked up with in a boundary/ restriction/limit. (This could be just about your location or people you’re around). Here’s the thing anxiety comes from you not thinking you’re doing the right thing within that environment or thinking too much about not being right because of the people around and vice versa.
Understand that there is no right or wrong! It is only your perspective! So if you think you’re doing something not right, it’s obviously because you think someone else feels it isn’t or something around you is making you feel that way … this could be on a micro or macro scale.
Basically, anxiety is you thinking too much about what you’re observing and thinking what you’re doing is not right” ( remember there is no right or wrong ).. so this could be about the way people act compared to how you act. The first mistake here is that what’s wrong for you maybe right for someone else ..and what’s right for someone could be wrong for you— “Perspective”. So stop comparing!
To overcome anxiety, you have to understand your perspective, which usually is the root cause and then express why you feel that way. When one becomes anxious, it means you’re not being (living) in the present moment. You are worrying about the future” what hasn’t happened. While depression is simply being “deeply pressed over a situation”- which is related to living in the past.
Below are my few steps to help you overcome anxiety.
1-Practice breathing exercises using a countdown to keep you stable.
2-Take a cold shower.
3-Re-direct your energy and do something totally unusual to you as this helps you break free from that mental prison.
4- Stop censoring what you say or do ( do not put restrictions on your self ).
5- Practice spending time with people who treat you well.
6- Treat yourself like like someone you’re in love with.
7- Believe you can heal.
Stay calm, breathe and stay optimistic. Everything changes. You can get through it. Yes you can!
