Your lifestyle is in your nature

Today the pursuit of money is almost directly linked to the pursuit of happiness, many will argue that money = happiness, just like I wrote about in my post The journey to happiness.

A lot of people sit on the sidelines of life, hoping that their dreams will come true one day, but nothing happens in life unless you take action. Your dream lifestyle isn’t going to magically show up at your doorstep. It requires that you design the life of your choosing, and then start moving in that direction. This is your life.

Time is our most valuable asset and it is something, that while on this earth, we should spend most wisely. You shouldn’t feel like you’re mindlessly wasting your life away. This generation is particularly in trouble because jobs are scarce and many people will be stuck doing jobs they hate just because they need money. Although this may be the right move for their careers now, this shouldn’t be something that one should do for the rest of our lives. it is best we search for something we are passionate about which you should then make into a lifestyle.

Lifestyle is all about the choices we make for ourselves and how we decide what really is important. What is your lifestyle?

Your lifestyle is what you make of it, your daily routine typically is your lifestyle. Spirituality is my lifestyle and I get to practice being present with myself, connecting with source energy everyday. EVERYDAY IS A NEW OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE YOUR DREAMS YOUR REALITY. Your choice what you do with it.

Occasionally, life can be undeniably, impossibly difficult. We are faced with challenges and events that can seem overwhelming, life-destroying to the point where it may be hard to decide whether to keep going. But you always have a choice. The power is always in your decision. You are light – shine bright

When you begin to upgrade your state of mind, your perception becomes your reality. Lifestyle design is the process of designing your life aligned with your nature, strengths, values, dreams, passion, and purpose. It’s the freedom to design your life the way YOU want. It’s a way to end the rat race and to help you attain true freedom. When you begin to become MINDFULL of what you SEE, listen to , watch or even read. Your attention automatically shifts into something that is present in your current reality. Hence self – development, self- awareness, lifestyle upgrade etc.

The same thinking responsible for creating amazing technology, products, and spaces can be used to create and build your career and your life, a life of fulfillment and joy, constantly creative and productive, one that always holds the possibility of surprise.

I’m a huge proponent of taking matters into your own hands, observing, communicating and listening to how your body feels, then customizing your lifestyle to honor your unique needs and desires. This approach has served me beautifully in my own healing and wellness journey. Hence why I write and teach about wellness and our self healing abilities.

In a nutshell, your lifestyle simply embodies the attempt on your part to design a life of your choosing,whatever that looks like, it’s your life, your creation. You have choices and with the growth of the web of your design, your choices have compounded exponentially. You control your life and what happens in it, once you understand that fully you give yourself room to grow, experiment and begin designing the life of your own, the life of your dreams.

Create your life according to your nature. Your life is YOUR ART. Design it to your taste.

Save your energy and focus on yourself

Feed your focus and starve your distractions is a quote I’m sure you must have come across one way or another. But as hue-man beings, we tend to rush everything including breathing, reading etc. Try to read this is as slow and deliberate as possible.

SAVE YOUR ENERGY, FOCUS ON YOURSELF AND GET FAR AWAY FROM DISTRACTIONS.

The world at large is going through a spiritual cleanse, more like karmic reset. But majority of us see things as the media wants us to perceive it. When do we get to the point when we realize that most of what we see is not what is really happening ? When do we get to that point? Are we going to wait until 2025 to realize that we are all pawns in the matrix until you WAKE UP and THINK FOR YOURSELF?

You are a piece to the puzzle. The universe is a puzzle and every living being has a ROLE to play. Your duty is to figure out what your role is and be exceptionally great at it.

For instance, If we are deprived of food for too long, our bodies won’t have enough energy left to perform physical tasks. If we don’t sleep for two days straight, we won’t have enough energy to partake in a meaningful conversation. Not eating, or not sleeping will drain us of our energy reserves. We all understand this because it’s common sense.

But there are also many other negative habits, which we simply aren’t aware of – slowly robbing us of any extra energy we might have. These habits include: overeating, long hours in front of the TV, compulsive complaining, etc.

If you want to get something great done in your life, you must first be able to adopt habits that preserve your energy, and free yourself of habits that waste it.

2020 is a perfect example of why you should focus on yourself , anything can happen which I believe means one has to be prepared for absolutely anything at this point. As a matter of fact, this is going to be the new norm.( wearing of masks which hide your identity ie prisoners, social distancing, lockdowns, food scarcity etc.) We are OUR ONLY SAVIORS and we have to do better. The very least you can do is SPEAK UP, FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM, or better still fight for the unborn children because this is new world they’ll be born into. We can only change our reality by changing our point of focus.

Focus requires concentration, patience and attention. In other to achieve anything exceptionally you need to pay attention right? So, question is, what are you paying attention to ? Your mental and spiritual development? Your physical health ? Your thinking patterns ? Your trauma responses? What are you putting your energy on ? The media, the mass violence happening all over the world? Politics ? Your career? You decide YOUR FUTURE by your PRESENT. Choose wisely.

Save your energy, face your demons instead. Focus on your priorities. Make yourself your one number priority. Turn the lens around to yourself and see yourself for what you truly are. DO YOU LIKE YOU? Do you like yourself and your current habits ? Are you around the people that elevate your mind state or are you around people who make you feel less of yourself?, Are you getting better at improving your self as a whole? What are you waiting for ? A prophet ? A UFO? Wake up and do what you have to do now. So you don’t get dropped like a fly when the awakened souls transcend. Be your own motivator and guide. Look within you for acceptance not outside you.

Save your energy. It is already a lot of work to focus on yourself. How about you make that a priority and see how much less time you have for anything else.

Life is worth dying for

Hi Royalties, I hope you all are doing amazingly well. I truly hope that all of my readers are physically, mentally and emotionally stable.

I have not written in a couple of weeks now, as I took time out to reconnect with source and most importantly prepare for the shifts that will be occurring the next couple of months. I have been blessed with the ability to see and it is a true curse and a blessing. However, I’ve come to a conclusion and a huge awakening recently, that life is simply worth dying for..

Yes! life is worth dying for and death is absolutely worth living for..

We decide and choose our days and nights whether you believe it or not. We are the creators of our destinies. We are beings with different, talents, emotions and capabilities yet we barely acknowledge that yet alone use them, forgetting that these are simply tools to help us navigate our experiences during this lifetime. To be truly evolved, you have to outgrow who you used to be and then embody change which comes usually with pain. Growth comes with change and nothing changes if NO THING changes. So you see.. it all begins with YOU !!

We are living in a new world now and it may take a while for a lot of people to see it but as you know by now that most of what I write eventually comes to pass .. We should begin buckling up and readjust our lenses because this new world is all about taking risks. Yes !! You have to believe that anything can happen which means you can literally pass away at any given moment. I know it sounds quite daring but in reality that mindset is what is needed to face this new world and this will literally change your whole existence.

There is a split happening between the 3D and the 5D (matrix and reality) right now and the old world is being separated from the new world .. between now and September many global changes will occur that will last about a decade or more and it is advisable that we all begin learning certain life skills to enable us adapt as well as teach the new borns because it might be quite challenging. When a split occurs, everything changes it’s position. The lows become the highs and the highs become the lows… So, embrace change now or you will be forced to eventually.

What really is the essence of life? Ever thought about that ? What really is the essence of not living to your fullest potential especially knowing that one day, you will expire? Take risks! Do things you never thought you could. Love your neighbor, help a stranger, love your haters, invest in yourselves and people who have invested their time in you.. Karma is life and death is life ..

Everything is worth nothing if you’re not happy and fulfilled (because you’re simply existing without living). So, yea!! Life is definitely worth dying for..

Be the change you want to see in your sibling, your mother, your spouse, your mentor, your neighbor, your fav celebrity. Be the change you want to see in the world. It all begins with what you change about yourself. If you think about dying, then you really would see billions of reasons why you should live your best life. Embrace your life now no matter what you might be experiencing so when change comes your previous experience would be a new lesson.

Life is worth dying for and death is worth living for!

Dare yourself to be better than your ancestors, your predecessors, your older beliefs systems my dear royalties, because what is coming is far greater than what is gone and to be prepared is to be aware and forewarned that life is absolutely worth dying for and death is reason enough to LIVE without fear because it is inevitable.

The Moon

So let’s talk about this very unique satellite, “THE MOON”. The brightest and largest object in our night’s sky. Earth’s only natural PERMANENT satellite. The broadcaster! The 5th largest planetary satellite in the solar system..so enough with hype right?,What is so special about the moon?

Obviously, the moon is very much underated unlike the sun. We talk a lot about the sun and how much benefits we get from it,both health and spiritual benefits. It’s just like saying we care more about daytime more than we do for nighttime and I hope you get what I mean..

This is because we sleep at night” (I wonder who made this law though) but remember according to number of hours we have in a day, half of it belongs to day and half belongs to night right? Which means we have 12 hours each for both day and night.

Esoterically what I mean is we tend to pay more attention to the outside (the sun ie the light,ideas,masculinity) more than the inside(the moon ..ie your feelings and emotions,femininity).

The moon is all about how you feel,your deepest desires, your inside, your emotions. It’s who you are versus who you show the world you are ( battle of day and night). So basically what I’m saying is —- the moon holds equal amount of power and importance as the sun does. As much as the sun is in charge of daytime (ie, light, sun) and the moon is in charge of night (dark) but sometimes the moon is up during the day.. why do you think that is ?

Everything in life is interwoven just like little particles of molecules and atoms.. every single thing. You and me, animals and plants. Every single thing (matter)..This is why all lives matter.. We have come into a time where the real truth has to be shared and that’s what Barisity is all about. Bringing the real truth back to reality..

Basically it is very important that you treat your intuition as right as you treat your logic. When your head and heart are in unison… Then you are in alignment with your solar system. No one has power over another..

So, absorb the energy of the moon just as much as you do of the sun.. The key here is balance.. if I were to relate this to a physical experience in our realm of reality, I’ll say gender equality the sun versus the moon ( masculinity versus femininity).

Life is all about balance..

Types of Motivation

 Motivation is literally the desire to do things. It is the crucial element in setting and of course attaining goals. It is usually interchanged with “Inspiration” and there are of course,Internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to do anything.

Before we get into the types of motivation, it is important to acknowledge a few things..

First of all, we say our main goal in life is to be as happy as possible, have you really asked yourself what it is going to take for each of us to achieve that?

Secondly, just as you must have seen on other posts on this site… i write a lot about how we all have our own individual map of reality. We see the world according to what’s important to us. Therefore,we cannot keep all the knowledge of what’s important to us in our conscious awareness always because there’s too much information and our brain is being bombarded with over 40,000 bits of information every moment and we might get lost or distracted into some of all that data. This is why it’s important to keep yourself motivated to enable you filter through all that data in order to get the job /task done.

So, there are two major types of motivation :

Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation.

Intrinsic Motivation is geared toward internal rewards and re-inforcers. This is just like when we celebrate our success when we do well and then beat ourselves up when we don’t .Intrinsic just as the name implies is geared towards internal rewards. Internal rewards are associated with high academic and occupational achievement.

It seems motivation is strongest when we do it for the fun of it…or for the feeling of accomplishment. It could be a hobby, or a career path, or our purpose in life even. Some examples of internal reinforcers are “Shoulds”, “Musts”, and “Oughts”, a guilty conscience, and even Toxic Shame.

Traits of intrinsic motivation can be seen in believing in ones self. For example, you may be motivated to get a promotion because of self-improvement or the joy of learning. Conversely, you might be motivated to succeed because you want to positively affect the lives of the people around you.Some examples of internal rewards are achievements, enjoyment, a sense of competence etc..

Extrinsic Motivation is geared toward external rewards and reinforcers. This is more common than intrinsic motivation because it includes achieving things due to a specific incentive, fear, or expectation, all of which depend on external factors. For example, people may want to get a promotion because of the expected raise that comes with it..(an this is obviously geared towards an external reward). Some examples of external rewards are money, praise, awards, etc. Few examples of external reinforcers are disciplinary action, boundary-setting, procedures and policies.etc..

Motivation is actually more complex than simply defining it by its internal or external drivers. Each broad type of motivation has many sub-types of its own, but having a broader view of the types of motivation could be the foundation you need to start something new.

Basically, ask yourself, ”what is the reason behind your actions and how did you arrive at that?”… ”Did i do that out of love or out of fear”?
